We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomEverything was mainly good and we enjoyed our stay. The main bedroom was cleaned thoroughly and was a nice space to sleep in. The only downside would be that when we took anything out of cupboards, such as the tea tray/mugs or spare pillows, these weren't as clean.
The room was comfortable, a good size, nice breakfast and friendly staff. The reception were available for a later check-in, which was very helpful. The location was just close enough to drive to Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons. If we had stayed for longer, I would have used the spa also.

Czech RepublicThere are only few negative obsercations which anyway does not ruin any of my feeling staying at the hotel. My room was in the sub zero floor and acessible with the stairs only which a bit inconvenient when carrying a heavy luggage. Price for a room I see a bit higher comparring other hotel facilities I already stayed in West Europe and which overall better. The biggest dissappointment was wi-fi which frequently disconected and the signal coverage in all corners of the room simply was not existing or very insufficient event for basic working.
Nicely situated hotel up on the hill providing a nice wiev to the surronding area. The hotel was clean and romm was spacy enough with a good lightning inside. Traditional Welsh breakfast was just perfect served in a nice restourant with the view to golf green and over the valley. The hotel staff was very generous and helpfull.

United KingdomThe tv was exasperating. Signal broke up and sound went. When you are away for work it’s good to be able to relax by watching a bit of telly but the random interruptions made this impossible.
The staff were great and I enjoyed the pool and sauna. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.

United KingdomNothing major, we arrived early so our rooms were not ready which obviously wasn't an issue but we were told to wait and then never really given any updates. Very minor thing, otherwise everything was really nice.
The grounds were very pretty, the view from the restaurant was lovely. Room was decent, restaurant served decent food. The spa area was really nice and the treatments we got; a rasul - a mud treatment which you apply yourself was good but the massage we got even though it was only 25 minutes (we are very thankful the person managed to squeeze us in for since we booked quite late for a Friday) was amazing.

United KingdomPool facilities- could do with an upgrade flaking paint and dirty /scruffy in some areas. Table server on second night- felt like we were being rushed . Would have given 10 if wasn't for the 2 things above .
Perfect location for a lovely weekend away with everything you could want spa treatment /facilities. restaurant bar etc Very friendly staff at reception /Spa reception. Server in restaurant on first night was very helpful ,friendly and nothing was to much trouble for her.(my partner had a cake with happy birthday on what a lovely touch so thoughtful).

United KingdomBit disappointed that we weren’t allowed to use facilities on the day of checking out as most hotels allow this. The bed in the double room was just two single beds put together so it wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep on. The receptionist staff member also tried to charge us for vodka which they then realised was put on our room by mistake. This should be checked properly before asking the wrong guests for money.

United KingdomWe was not happy with the ppl was next door to us as they woke me and my partner up at 12 o'clock in the night and was up till 4 until my partner had enough and went to the main desk to complain they were screaming at each other till 4 in morning that's the only thing we wasn't happy about we was hoping for a voucher or discount or something coz we do want to come back for a spar day sometime
