We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Prosecco was given on arrival and a tour from the concierge. We were given a free upgrade to a suite for our honeymoon, everything was in the property you didn’t have to leave but if you did Bowness was on the doorstep.

United KingdomOld windows were running with condentation and the shower door kept swinging open when wet,hence wet floor. To few places to put toiletries.Not quite 5 star. Dont book through Booking.com.you will be charged for parking, book with the hotel direct.
The room was an excalent location but a little cool for time of year ,breakfast,very good.

United KingdomA lot of the hot breakfast options were quite cold. Also, the music at breakfast was really loud and just didn't provide a relaxing start to the day. The seal on the shower screen didn't work so water leaked all over the floor. The bathroom could have done with a deep clean. Looked like it just got a cursory wipe over . Nice place and good stay but it's not cheap, so standards should be higher.

United KingdomThe service in the fusion restaurant was extremely slow and staff were not helpful. Also extremely small portions despite being very expensive. Food tasted nice though. The spa was lovely but a small group of loud (shouting) and drunk guests were allowed to spoil it despite my asking staff in that area if it could be addressed. I was told they would do something if they hear them swearing, buyt they already had been swearing & that didnt address the noise issue
Venue was excellent, hotel was stunning, breakfast was amazing with extensive choices available. Hotel reception staff, bar staff and car park attendant extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely bedroom.

United KingdomWe were informed that certain facilities would be unavailable the day after therefore I wanted an early check in and later check out which I was told I was allowed therefore came early. I arrived had to wait for normal check in. My issue is I had paid lots of money and didn’t get a full 24hrs of the room. However the lady on reception gave us an hour later check out and was as helpful as she could be! Also pillows could have been better
The facilities were great and so much to do within just the hotel it’s self such as the restaurant the pub and the spa facilities. Our hot tub in the room was amazing and just made it so special

The rooms were impeccably clean and the level of customer service was truly top-notch, deserving nothing less than a 5-star rating. We are eagerly looking forward to booking our next stay at this wonderful establishment. We were fortunate enough to experience dining at the exquisite Mizumi restaurant, where we were truly impressed by the impeccable quality of every dish we ordered and the extensive selection of alcoholic beverages. The spa provided an exceptional indulgence, enhanced by the convenience of having a bar on site. United KingdomWe visited for a birthday trip. All the of the staff were brilliant snd they couldn’t do enough for us. Everything about the hotel was amazing and we can’t recommend staying here enough. The location was just a 39 second walk into Bowness so everything was on your doorstep. The staff even gave us recommendations of where to go. The property was super clean and really nicely decorated and the facilities were the best.
