The location was perfect. A nice little stroll to the lake itself. The staff were amazing and we even managed to get a complimentary ride in the bentley which was a nice touch. Loved our room. The hot tub was great!!! We loved the spa also. Didnt want to leave :( cant wait to go back

Everything! Great welcome from the team. Facilities are first rate. Mazumi is a great on site restaurant. A complementary ride in the Bentley into Bowness was a nice touch (especially as it was raining). Breakfast was superb.

Absolutely amazing from the second Noel greets you at the gate!!! A lovely lady at reception gave us free prosecco on arrival and then showed us around the hotel before taking us to our room which they had very kindly upgraded us!! The room was amazing the bed was the COMFIEST bed we have ever ever slept in. The spa is the most relaxing one we've ever been to. Defo recommend defo be back!!

Very little.. the spa area can be a little busy but it was a bank holiday weekend so to be expected.

The hotel was beautiful! All of the staff were so friendly and lovely, a very personalised stay which made it very special. The food in the Asian restaurant was incredible, and the cocktails in the lounge were so good. Have been recommending to everyone to go here.

There was nothing I wish this property had apart from access to the outdoor seating area, outside of the cocktail bar. This was closed due to unpleasant weather so this was obviously understandable.

I cannot fault a thing about this property. Every service and every facility was to the highest standard possible. I opted for a double room with a hot tub, and the hot tub immaculate and had been cleaned/sanitised before our stay. The view from the hot tub was also amazing, making the hot tub experience that little more relaxing. To top it off, I requested a birthday package as it was my partners birthday, and they did an amazing job. They had balloons spiralling from the ceiling, some scattered on the floor, 2 big numbered balloons, and rose petals scattered on the bed (brownie points for me!)

Excellent hotel and spa, we celebrated a 21st and 60th. The service from the staff was exemplary, we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, the spa was brilliant and very clean. The afternoon tea was delicious and the use of the Bentley to bring us to Bowness topped it off! A short stroll back from Bowness made the location perfect! Would definitely recommend

My only slight complaint was our room was so hot we slept with the balcony door open all night as we couldn’t cool down however we used the fan that was in our wardrobe.

Staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. The room was stunning and very clean. The facilities were next to none eg. Spa. The full hotel on a whole was absolutely immaculate.

Me and my partner came for our 3 year anniversary and it was gorgeous welcomed with a complimentary upgrade for our room and glasses of prosecco showed around the hotel befor being showed to our room. Room was gorgeous with a private hot tub, spa was fabulous definitely worth the money, massage was outstanding had a couple massage and listened to our needs and requests definitely 10/10 will definitely be going back again.

Prosecco was given on arrival and a tour from the concierge. We were given a free upgrade to a suite for our honeymoon, everything was in the property you didn’t have to leave but if you did Bowness was on the doorstep.
