Breakfast was OK. But a bit cooler than I would have liked.

Good location. Quiet location but nearby to the Centre. Very clean. Staff did a great job on that, and regular checks were done to make sure. Good facilities

The limestone in the water taps is outrageous for a hotel of this level. The level of cleanliness in the rest of the things was perfect.

The location is amazing the breakfast was fair. The space is well designed, although the cabinet has a head clash hazard that already has the protection of silicone in place.

The location is great and walking dostance to many places such as Westminster palace, Big Ben and London eye. Also very close to bus station.

Our particular room could have been a little bit larger. Next time we will book a corner room. More teabags, black or Earl Grey; no decaffeinated!

Location primarily. The room itself contained everything necessary, thoughtfully provided for. The daily service was exceptional. We returned each night after long days to a very clean room. The showers were instantly hot, which we appreciated. And the room temperature throughout our stay was perfect. Online reservation and payment upon arrival suited us fine.

The hotel was busy, probably fully booked and the waiting time to even get a table at the breakfast room was rediculously long (over 30 minutes). and around 9:00am the buffet was almost empty, it took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee, staff was panicking and there was total disorganisatiobn. That is something that may should never happen in a renowned Hilton 4-star hotel. Also the bar, which we wanted to visit around 23:30, had the charm of a factory canteen. Here is definitely some work to be done.

Location ist perfect, only 10 minutes on foot from Big Ben. Staff is friendly and really doing their utmost to make your stay comfortable. Rooms are convenient, although not super large, but that is becoming the standard in London. Everything you need is there and it's working. Only the TV had some strange interruptions on the main channels. We had an issue with the breakfast (see downsides), but that was solved in an elegant and suitable way by the front desk (compliments, Isabelle!). The room rates are okay, but not spectacular, which could have been related to the fact that our stay was at the same time as the London Marathon and the hotel was very crowded.

We choose the hotel so as to be close to the "km 0" of the city.

Weaknesses: - I use TV timers to close the TV after half an hour or so, when going to bed and in need for some noise to fall sleep; in our room the TV settings didn't permit this option - We found not enough space in the room/closet to deposit all our stuff, so it was a little chaotic at some point with all the shopping and personal things Neutral: - The sink in the hall of the room was unusual but we could get acquainted with its location - Nothing special about the breakfast, only the usual very basic offer; however, what we have tried was tasty and fresh - An underground line at more than 10 minutes away

Strengths: - 5***** - The possibility to refill our bottles with water, so to prevent the waste of plastic - Very friendly and client-oriented staff members at the reception - USB chargers in the room - Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable - The cleaning of the room was above expectations - A fair amount of TV channels to choose - Accessible location with good TfL connections to important landmarks in the city Good practice which we found very pleasing: You could ask for not cleaning your room for one day in exchange for Hilton Honors reward points. To understand this remark in correlation with the fact that as a tourist you do not tend to leave your room ordered as in a museum, so we could let our stuff as we succeeded, not as before an army inspection :)

    No complaints.

The Hotel was maintained to a very good standard. Our room was laid out very well to making the maximum use of the space. We had a nice big closet to store our clothes and cases, so didn't feel like we were living out of a suitcase. It was a good base for walking around the Westminster area of London. The hotel is on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle so we both slept very well.
