You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIf you stay in the internal rooms in the corridors, it can get warm. If you open your window, it's usually cooler then. They also have a fan in the wardrobe & if you need more, just ask at reception for another one & they bring it up straight away. They are very good. That's the only fault I can find.
I always love staying at the Cliff's. Bed's are super comfy, & it's always spotlessly clean. Food is fantastic & staff very friendly. Entertainment is good too in the evening. The location is also good as it's right opposite the local tram & bus links into town or Fleetwood. It's the quieter end of Blackpool as well. The beach is clean & nice & quiet if you fancy a decent walk.

United KingdomWaiting staff in restaurant bit slow to attend to tables but eager to take away your meal even if you’d just gone for additional food. One evening I’d gone for bread rolls to accompany soup. Got back to table& soup had gone😂
Initially given a “sea view” room with a window so high up we had to stand on tiptoes to look out of. Reception were very understanding & professional & immediately gave us a much more suitable room. Pool great as was restaurant food.No complaints at all.

Breakfast ok but there was a situ one morning when ALL breakfast hot food was abruptly removed from hotplate at exactly 10am when a lot of guests were still wanting to eat hot food.many guests were extremely unhappy

United KingdomHad to ask to move rooms on arrival. Bedrooms are very tired (wallpaper was coming off the walls in the first room) and could do with modernising. Reception staff could also be more friendly. Entertainment staff could also be a bit more enthusiastic.
Great value for money. Good selection of food and quality of meats at evening meal. Waitresses very attentive and friendly. Excellent facilities for our little girl - she loved the pool and the kids club.
