If you stay in the internal rooms in the corridors, it can get warm. If you open your window, it's usually cooler then. They also have a fan in the wardrobe & if you need more, just ask at reception for another one & they bring it up straight away. They are very good. That's the only fault I can find.

I always love staying at the Cliff's. Bed's are super comfy, & it's always spotlessly clean. Food is fantastic & staff very friendly. Entertainment is good too in the evening. The location is also good as it's right opposite the local tram & bus links into town or Fleetwood. It's the quieter end of Blackpool as well. The beach is clean & nice & quiet if you fancy a decent walk.

The location, the room was upgraded from a double to a large family room. The staff were helpful and friendly. The entertainment was great.

Only 1 lift working. The shower facing sideways in the bath ( I nearly fell backwards).

Great food, relaxed atmosphere, free day trip, comfortable bed and hard-working staff. Good singers.

Stayd here a few times on this visit found the food wasn't as good as usual quite dry the main meal no water on table and desserts were gone quickly and seemed ages to be refilled

Our only concern was the chairs in concert room , very uncomfortable .

I went with my elderly mum it was perfect for her , easy to get to room, dining room and concert room. We enjoyed the food and entertainment.

Reception staff a young girl didn't seem very interested welcoming was like the weather cold.no info just handed key and left to find our own way around.

Waiting staff in restaurant bit slow to attend to tables but eager to take away your meal even if you’d just gone for additional food. One evening I’d gone for bread rolls to accompany soup. Got back to table& soup had gone😂

Initially given a “sea view” room with a window so high up we had to stand on tiptoes to look out of. Reception were very understanding & professional & immediately gave us a much more suitable room. Pool great as was restaurant food.No complaints at all.

No room to sit in cocktail bar as noisy coach party‘a in who we’re drunk and bad language.

Seen a member of staff clearing dirty breakfast dishes then immediately using his grubby hands to carry fresh glasses to tables with his fingers in the glasses carrying 4 glasses at a time.not hygienic.

Breakfast ok but there was a situ one morning when ALL breakfast hot food was abruptly removed from hotplate at exactly 10am when a lot of guests were still wanting to eat hot food.many guests were extremely unhappy

Twin room was a good size, comfortable and modern. The 3 course evening meal and breakfast were excellent with plenty of choice.

Had to ask to move rooms on arrival. Bedrooms are very tired (wallpaper was coming off the walls in the first room) and could do with modernising. Reception staff could also be more friendly. Entertainment staff could also be a bit more enthusiastic.

Great value for money. Good selection of food and quality of meats at evening meal. Waitresses very attentive and friendly. Excellent facilities for our little girl - she loved the pool and the kids club.

Think it it would be a good idea to put elderly people on the upper floors as they tend to go to bed earlier thus reducing the noise from the artist and stage noise?
