The hosts, Joe and Jade, were exceptional, they couldn't do enough for you. Bed was very large and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was superb, and well cooked.

Lack of character in the room. Very bland. Also some biscuits on the tea tray would've been nice.

Breakfast was lovely, and the honesty bar was a good idea, although I didn't use it.

Although the room was clean, there was a slight smell of mustiness which was apparent when first entering the room, but wasn’t an issue after a while. This may only apply to our room, and wouldn’t stop us from coming back again.

Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. The room was neat and tidy and bed was very comfortable. We looked out the back away from any road traffic and was very peaceful.

Slight electrical fault in the room, but advised the staff, so hopefully, that will be resolved. Could do with a full-length mirror in the room. Other than that, it was a good room.

Would have been nice to have had help offered with taking case upstairs for my elderly mum although a very friendly welcome. Mum likes pictures on the walls and would have liked the room a little more cosy with some feminine touches! Personally I found it all fine but, perhaps some scenes of the beautiful coast on the walls would have been more welcoming.

Room very clean and tidy and functional. Comfy beds. Very friendly staff (Jade is especially helpful) and very helpful when problems with light in bathroom. Very clean towels and bedding. Hotel very quiet and great access to the town and beach.

Property itself was fine, if anything it was the walk up the hill to get back from town, but I already knew that so not complaining.

Proprietors were very helpful and made us very welcome and the breakfast was lovely and service prompt.

A little more drawer space - there is plenty of room for a small chest. Also the dressing table with mirror were taken up by the tea/coffee making equipment. A full length mirror would also be helpful - again there is enough space to accommodate one.

Friendly welcome and large room had a view over the sea to Caldey Island. Within easy reach of North Beach and town centre.

The room doors need a bit of a shove or pull to close, so just conscious of waking other people up

The location is fantastic, hosts are so welcoming and personable. Breakfast was also really good! The decked area and honesty bar are such lovely additions - perfect to take advantage of in nicer weather. The hosts are such lovely people, and have made it a really nice play to stay.

The house across the road is getting renovated and works could get a bit loud. Nothing the management of the hotel can do about that and noises will end once they finish the renovations.

The bathroom door was sticking. But once we learnt the knack of how to open it, it wasn't an issue. I should have mentioned it to the staff/owners but forgot.

The breakfast was plentiful and worth while. The room was clean, tidy and presentbtable. The location is a short walk to town. The honesty bar was a surprise and very reasonably priced. All the staff/owners we encounter were friendly and approachable.
