The teenagers were limited to when they were allowed to use the spa facilities.

They were very helpful, putting all of our group (10 rooms) together on one corridor, nice seating area to gather together in the evenings.

We have been back and forth to Eastwood Hall over the last few weeks for a family matter. We are really happy with the service from all the staff and the hotel location was perfect for what we needed. I would like to say special thanks to the receptionist, Tiyana, who has helped us each time. She has been extremely sensitive to our situation and made sure everything has been straightforward, therefore making things a lot easier for us during a difficult time.

The food is cheap and basic. The breakfast staff were miserable. The shower leaked every single time, creating massive puddles. The walls & doors are so thin I could not only hear toiletries taking place, snoring all night from the room next door but phone calls. The changing rooms for the pool have no privacy. The beds are really old!

The location is perfect for us as family lives quite close. The swimming pool is okay & all areas were clean

Bed was a little too firm for comfort (personal preference). Some of the hot food at breakfast buffet wasn't hot (fried eggs).

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Everything was well spaced. Room was very quiet and spacious.

Been coming back and forth to Eastwood Hall over the years. My only ever complaint is the pillows, they are too soft. Its a shame as the beds are so comfortable.

All the staff were amazing at Eastwood Hall and helped us through a difficult time for me and my family. We were not sure how long we needed to stay so had to book day by day. Being able to have the same room throughout helped us so much. Special thanks go out to Kirsty, Ewan and Katie who were extra helpful and kind but Managers at Eastwood should be proud of all their staff. Thank you.

Would have preferred a room close to the main centre.

Comfortable twin bed room which met our expectations, although quite a long walk along corridors to get to the room. Great breakfast and easy parking.

I had the furthest possible room from the reception which was a bit of a pain but not the end of the world.

Well placed hotel just off the M1 motorway with great facilities. Friendly staff and great food (Amazing Breakfast) and lovely spa with pool and jacuzzi free to hotel guests, perfect after a long drive.

The presence of cats in the bar as I am allergic to them was not really acceptable. I do not like to think that cats had been in my room overnight.

The prices for food and drink were expensive for small portions. At £6.20 a pint, I expect a full pint and not have to ask for it every time I ordered a drink.

Great hotel! The gym, pool and sauna were a very welcome inclusion to my stay. Food was good, we ate in the bar both nights and the room very comfortable.

Only thing that stops me giving it 5 stars is the dodgy WiFi. So flaky in the room I was in... Just a bit frustrating in 2024

The top floor, floor 2 is in the process of being renovated. The rooms are tired and not up to the usual standard. To be fair, work is being carried out at this time.

This is our ‘go to’ hotel when travelling to Yorkshire. It breaks the journey up for us. It’s convenient, comfortable good quality on most occasions.

Was clearly a conference/ wedding venue and the setup was geared to that. The tables in the games room were in need of renovation and the gym changing rooms and tiling around the pool were a bit shabby.

Good pool and associated facilities. All staff were very, helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Food was very good.

Change kids splash time for term time holiday for kids.

Went for kids half term holiday for use of swimming pool. Kids could only use the pool from lunchtime which was ridiculous and not practical when planning a day out with kids. So kids can't use in morning and need to be to hotel by 4pm to enjoy enough time in pool.
