the kitchen area was not very clean and lacking in appliances, stock, utensils. this was a 'dingy' room downstairs with no windows and benches around the outside of the room. one morning (4.30am) there was loud music playing outside for several hours the photos shown online did not truly reflect the accommodation I received.

the reception staff were very pleasant when I arrived. they informed me of the room location, kitchen area etc the location of the accommodation is well place near other facilities and amenities in London including the tube station

The room was very dusty, there was a sticker in the duvet which probably means we were the first one to use it and they probably haven't washed it before

Tiny room with no outside windows... but a high window pane in common with the room next door that let through the light from the other room. Functioning but leaking shower. Free but often failing wifi. Free-access but derelict kitchen area and sub-par cleanliness in general, nothing stained but nothing scrubbed clean either, small trash lying around in the stairwell for multiple days, ... Not a hellish stay, nothing that made us want to go and complain and all promises from the booking were delivered, but definitely one of my poorest stays.

The staff were kind enough to let us check in a couple hours early. 24/7 reception and access as far as I could tell. Excellent location, close to Earl's Court tube station on the Picadilly line and with many convenience stores and eating options.

The Wifi only worked part of the time and when I brought this up with the front desk staff in the evenings they simply shrugged. Anytime any other person closed their doors the windows in the room rattled as they were clearly old and needed either repairing or replacing. The upper floors had a strong smell of smoke that filtered into the adjoining rooms which was very unpleasant

A good location with easy access to many great sites and other parts of London. Most of the staff on the desk were very helpful, especially during the day and were able to provide information and provide assistance when they could.

The room was freezing cold and nearly all the television stations wouldn't work due to a poor signal.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was easy to use and there was plenty of hot water. For the price I paid it was fine.

toilet shower is too small, towel rail above toilet full of dust, light above bed full of dust, spider web on ceiling. no remote for TV. I did see stairs going up, at the time was thankful I got ground floor next to the reception desk which I don’t recommend as you will hear every conversation. TV in room only get 2/3 channels after wiggling the Ariel dangling out of window. No heat in room. Would not stay nor recommend anyone staying here. The young lad at front desk initially nice, but too many questions and would only let me leave my small suitcase at hotel if I gave a review and he wanted “10 out of 10” he said, well off the mark. Well this is my review and if your same person that will reply should of told you look back at all your reviews, you should sort the problems that have previously been mentioned plus a guest at a hotel should not have to ask or tell you issue that have obviously been raised before. As hotel people please watch hotel inspectors, you may learn what need to be done.

Only window in the room was to the hallway and didn't have a curtain so room was stuffy and got lit up when the hall lights went on. Overall didn't have a great nights sleep. Tv reception was pretty dodgy as well.

You get what you pay for.... But There was a disgusting table in the room that should be replaced, the remote for the TV was filthy and random coat hangers from different clothing shops just there for no reason. Its just lazy really. Those things can easily be changed

The room was not cleaned. Water marks on shower, mirrors to suggest that these surfaces were not touched. I feel like the bed sheets were also not cleaned as I found a scuff mark on bed linen, plus no fresh smell!!

The room was not the same as the pictures on the booking.com We checked in late and the room looked like someone had just checked out. The room smelled bad.

Room was very cramped, general upkeep of the hotel was poor. Family room was located at the 3rd floor with no lift access for a buggies, etc.

Location is good. Parking available although just on street parking, none reserved for hotel use.

Concrete beds, a sink that doesn't drain well and it states parking on the website (one of the reasons I selected) but it doesn't have parking.
