The room was enormous and we loved it! Breakfast was tasteful and filling. The hotel is in walking distance of everything. We initially booked one night. After we experienced it we booked two more nights. It is a lovely little town.

Some shelves in the bunkhouse showers would help. Had to put toiletries on the floor!! Drying room didn’t dry anything.

We stayed in a number of rooms in the bunkhouse so weren't expecting grand luxury but what we had was great for £27 pp per night. Secure and clean rooms, very clean male and female facilities with toilets, sinks and showers, small kitchen and drying room. Still had access to the hotel's amenities. The bar was great and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Shower was a bit unreliable. Had a very short shower as hot water seemed to run out one morning but made up for it with a long evening shower.

No bbc1 to watch the athletics - much to the other half’s dismay.

Bettws y Coed ❤️ need I say more?! ☺️ So Absolutely stunning. A beautiful and charming place. Very sad that we didn’t have time to explore and look around. Our next trip up North (Wales) this will be the first stop ❤️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Bunkhouse was very small and there was mould as well as bed bugs.

Spa and sauna was excellent, cheap as well as private. The bar was very nice and fairly priced, hotel was located very close to nearby restaurants and cafes.

Very hot in the bunk rooms. LOTS of slamming doors at all hours. The bunk room doors need their spring closers losening or removing. No obvious place to fill drinking water bottles. We were told they could be filled in the bar but this didn't open until 11:30!! There was an outside tap, which was fine, but not obvious and I don't think it was set up for this purpose!!

Very quick, friendly and helpful check in. The rooms were ready and clean. The facilities were very handy and also clean.

Kitchen closed early one evening - nobody told me ... Bews y Coed was closed - I even missed the F&C shop! My evening meal was a sandwich!
