The trim had some part that were not clean, I mentioned it to the cleaning staff and they took no action. The location and links to centre were not great. The hotel itself was too big for my liking making the stay pretty impersonal.

Over the weekend you might need to lineup and wait to get in to the breakfast. We had an early dinner, retaurant was quite empty, not sure if its normally like that? Dish sizes were rather small, and a bit pricey compared to what you actually get .. steak was ok, but I have had better, expected better. Service was good.

The location was good, with multiple underground station lines close to the hotel. Also Paddington station with Heathtrow Express is close by. View from the the top floor room was nice and the top floor was a silent floor. The breakfast was good although thanks for Miriam at the reception for recommending it. And thanks for the lady who was taking care of the coffee machines during breakfast.

Quite noisy for sirens etc outside. Could do with better sound proofing. Breakfast quoted at £18 pp if booking same time as checking in or £25 on the day. Even for London prices thats taking advantage

Room 12 floor looking at a brick wall is not good, shower was not clean, as a fair balding man, the long black hair was not mine. The restaurant was too busy, the hotel needs an alternative breakfast area

Close to Paddington, buses and tube so easy to travel around London. Two double beds in family room , not a sofa bed.

On Friday morning (12/4/24) we enquired at the concierge regarding the train to Gatwick airport. Unfortunately, the concierge provided incorrect information that resulted in us having to travel to Hammersmith Station and cross to Victoria Station. By the time we arrived at Victoria Station we realised that we had missed our flight; anxiety was exacerbated when it was announced that the Gatwick Express was cancelled. We were then transferred to Southern Line and by the time we arrived at the check-in, the Iberia desk was closed. After being unable to find someone for assistance, we sourced the service desk, This resulted in us having to purchase full-price (AUD700) tickets and we also lost our booking for the private-car from the airport to the hotel. We then had to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and process for travel reimbursement.

The cost of this hotel is high and it in no way can be considered luxurious, it's interior room decor and facilities is no different to many other hotels half the price, in this case you are purely paying for the Hilton name and the central location. It very very busy especially if there's a conference or event. (There are restaurants bars and a cafe on ground floor which fill to bursting when an event is on)

It is a classic business standard hotel, clean white sheets, large TV and clean bathroom decorated nicely and comfortable in a great central London location .it's a very large busy hotel and is so busy it's pretty annoymous, which can be a plus or minus depending on your preference
