Water pressure was terrible, shower was just a trickle and bath took 30mins to fill. Shame as everything else about the hotel was good.

Good location, nice bar area, clean and tidy. Beds comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't included and costs £25 per person which we felt was overpriced. The room we had, even though if was an upgrade to an executive double felt very basic. The room setup felt impractical and not really accessible. Toilet was at a weired place on the side of the bathroom, T.v was at a strange angle and there was no plug points apart from one in the corner of the Rome behind sofa. Very warm too at times.

Loved the location, staff were really friendly and the hotel was clean and accessible.

The combination of a tub and shower in one, karpet in the room & hall way (personal taste),

complementary upgrade to a deluxe room, room was spacious, very central and nearby public transport.

The water for the shower was like warm and even when trying to put on the highest setting didn’t change anything. With the drop in temperature outside this was a big concern. No hair dryer. Both me and my partner use hair dryers and unfortunately forgot it this time but expected to have one in the room anyway as it’s pretty common to have one these days.

Great location away from the manic central London and easily accessible using the tube only 5min walk away if that to Shepherds Bush.

For someone who doesn't drive, getting to the location is not the easiest. But if you don't mind walking, then it's fine for a weekend! The windows weren't very clean I'd say.

It was a nice hotel room! The staff was very nice, too.

Shower pressure in level 4 room could be better. level 2 was perfect temperature and pressure.

The heating didnt work efficiently so the room did not heat well. We were cold most times

Very close to Westfield. Comfy beds. Good size room. Easy check in.

The spa was an additional cost. It was very dated and run down. We were then informed they are due a refurb and refunded our extra cost for the spa as a few complaints were made.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby bar is nice. Location is good for shopping. Good price point for London.

Staff in the restaurant surly .I asked about lunch once My question was too much trouble for them I understood from the Booking Recommendation the hotel was nearer the Eventim Apollo.

A bit off tracks and no restaurant in the close vicinity.

The room was very spacious, with a huge bed, a couch and a working desk. At the beginning the room was not very much heated but the staff quickly brought an additional heater that worked perfectly. Foof at therestaurant was very correct and the staff polite and very helpful. Very good selection of channels on TV.

Not enough tea bags in the room. No biscuits supplied with the tea and coffee which is rare and most of the grout was missing on the tiled bathroom floor.

Stayed on level 2. Evening and early morning you could hear the staff outside with trolleys and moving bins, very loud and did interrupt sleep at 8am. Bathroom in need of refurbishing. Wanted to use the spa on check out date and asked for availability of massages via email but did not receive any response.
