Honestly being slightly picky, having Netflix or prime etc in the room would’ve been nice

Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough. Breakfast felt premium for what is usually expected when breakfast is included with room.

Room was quite dark, even with lights on. View from our room no. 60 wasn’t pretty! Back of buildings and a couple of ladders but to be honest it didn’t bother us as out most of the day. Driveway and stairs steep, which we struggled with. No lift. Glad it wasn’t raining as have to cross busy road to other building for breakfast and to check in. Parking very limited and if have to stay in public carpark nearby it is quite expensive.

Stayed in Lakehouse. Room well furnished and modern. Very clean. Tea/coffee/biscuits/cups/glasses/iron and ironing board/soap/shower gel dispensers/plenty of towels all provided.

I really don't have a negative comment. Everything was delightful and relaxing.

It was the service from the staff that stood out. They could not have been more welcoming, pleasant and helpful. You certainly feel you are getting a very personal service. Special shout out to Connor who helped sort out parking for me because it was very busy. My room was immaculate. Beautifully presented and kitted out with everything I could possibly need and very quiet. Loved staying here. Highly recommended.

Hotel is at the top of a hill and the pub where you have to check in and go for breakfast is at the bottom of the hill beyond a road. You have to walk down to the pub and go to the bar to check in which was a bit odd and the steps from the hotel lead directly into the main road so feels a bit dangerous.

Has everything you need. Bed was comfy and the room was really quiet so made for a good nights sleep! The breakfast selection was great too and is included in the price

The only slight issue was the fact that the rooms were separate to where breakfast was served, it was CHUCKING IT DOWN. But if the weather was nice you wouldn't have any issues. I do believe that if you are paying for breakfast in your night stay I think you should get a "proper" coffee with it, not have to pay extra.

Loved the room, spacious and ground floor, door straight outside which was perfect for the dog! The staff were super friendly and all loved the dogs. Food was great, even running out to grab me some gluten free bread.

I loved this hotel. Waterfront and mountain views. Free parking which we were able to take advantage of before checkin, hearty breakfast and helpful staff. A fab stay!
