Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

As is must European hotels the beds are all singles for two people. We call them chicklets. Would like two fulls. There was plenty of room for them .
Breakfast was very nice. The hotel was clean, safe and walking distance to Victoria station. The shower was perfect. Lots of restaurants and local pubs to enjoy. Quiet neighborhood and not too touristy. Right down the street from the theaters and plays.

Typical London Hotel with lots of stairs and small rooms, but that's to be expected. It definitely didn't turn us off as the staff and location were really good.
Staff were really lovely and helpful. Location is very good. Within walking distance to Victoria Station and Apollo Theatre and plenty of restaurants and shops around. Bus stop outside the door. Beds really comfortable.

Nothing really to complain about
The location of the hotel was excellent, the hotel was easy to get too from the tube station. The reception staff were so helpful and welcoming, the room though a bit on the small size was adequate for our overnight stay, warm and the beds were adequately comfortable. The breakfast was superb lots of choice, the food was fresh and of good quality- the boiled eggs were cooked to perfection We would book this hotel again nothing really to complain about from cost, service location and facilities

In case you are a tall person, the bed might be a little small - still we slept very well :)
Very cosy, we felt like home. Daily cleaning in the rooms. There is no lift in the building (for us it was not a problem) and we appreciated that we were informed about this in advance. The location was great!!

Breakfast is available till 9 which is sometimes a little early for me when I am on holiday :-).
Lovely owners, not huge rooms but also not as small as some of the places you sometimes get in London, nice breakfast. Amazing location: super convenient public transport directly in front of or a short walk from the hotel, shops, restaurants, pubs, a market.

Wish they provided biscuits for tea time. The beds were a little hard and wish had more pillows.
The hotel was excellent in its location (right by bus stop and near Victoria station) and the individually made breakfasts were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although no lift they put us on bottom floor which had minimal steps. The room was very clean.

No elevator, not the end of the world for us, but perhaps to keep in mind for others.
Very friendly staff - always said hello as we were coming and going throughout the day. Clean rooms with great facilities. Good variety for breakfast and they'll accommodate any requests you have. Central location - walking distance of the train station, Buckingham Palace etc. Would definitely recommend!
