Top location. Breakfast was great, room was warm and big enough bed was comfy, pub downstairs is great.

The hotel was extremely helpful and efficient as we had to change our date due to a train strike! When we arrived at the hotel the guy on Reception was very friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again as also great location.

Somehow, room looked way better in photos than in reality, that's what helped to made up the mind and pay 200+ eur per night (which is, by the way, similar to a price You pay at an all-inclusive resort). BUT. The situation in London is in general crazy, prices are high compared to, let's say, when You travel around Scotland. And You gotta pay that price to stay in the center. And in general, bed was very comfortable, there were soft drinks and some beers, coffee, shower stuff, so really, no problem, just in photos looked a bit more fancy. That's all 🤍

I want to thank the front staff first of all 🤍 Usually husband and I do not like to small talk and miss out on some opportunities, but we were greeted with such an open heart, felt very comfortable, hence, went downstairs for a pint. Happy that we didn't miss out on this opportunity. I think there are two big plusses of this place: 1) You have a bar open at the first floor of the hotel, where You are served breakfast and later can get some food, have some drinks. It is good looking English style pub, very lovely. 2) Proximity to the center of London. As we were coming as tourists, exploring the city, I really enjoyed those extra minutes we could spend sleeping rather than in metro.

We enjoyed the quirky nature of the hotel and its' bar/dining area. The location was ideal for sightseeing purposes. The bedroom was well appointed and the hotel was characterful throughout.

Excellent location. Near to Blackfriars station and the river walkway. Quiet (room at the back), warm and comfortable. Good shower and good size room. Courteous and helpful staff. Generous and good breakfast. Our regular hotel for overnight theatre trips to London, We booked early and had not realised rail engineering works would render Blackfriars and the route to Brighton closed on the Saturday so long walk on a fine evening then bus to Victoria.

This is written under my hubbys name given the account we are signed into. I travelled alone and the staff, the welcome.. wow. How lovely, none stop smiles. I was made to feel like I was welcomed. The room was lovely, an amazing clean smell from the corridor, warm and comforting room. Just perfect for me and all that I needed (actually more than enough) as a lone female guest for a short overnight stay.. and a hairdryer!. Complimentary water, tea and coffee and a proper bottle of milk in the fridge a not tiny UHT milk 12ml pot that don’t make a dent in a much needed milky coffee. Well done .. I was able to make proper coffee Having stayed in many a hotels over the the years including ‘posh’ hotels during my travels, I have to say with a hand on heart that this is the best nights sleep I have ever had in any UK hotel. The bed, the pillows, the glazing to thwart the London traffic noise. It was just perfect for me and this will be my first choice hotel again if I’m in the Southbank area. Breakfast included.. self service for cereals, coffee juices and alike and a hot menu including full English - my fave which I had and I enjoyed The staff are so lovely and thank you for looking after me. I think Dan made sure I was supplied with flat white in the bar before return home journey. I will definitely be back

The hotel is on a busy road so if you're a light sleeper you may be disturbed by the traffic, so take that into consideration. Otherwise there's to note of.

The room was clean and cozy and the beds comfy. Had all the amenities you would need. A very good price for the breakfast that is included which is a lovely continental buffet and a wide choice of hot breakfast choices too. The Full English breakfast was a 10/10. I would recommend this place for a couple nights if you're visiting London.

The hotel is very well located, we were only couple minutes away from the main attractions and late in the evening if we missed the last train home, we were able to walk. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing

Communication with the hotel was excellent. Our enquiries were answered promptly and Luke was especially helpful. We stayed in a twin room on the 2nd floor and there is a lift. The room was of a good size. Comfortable beds, tea/coffee and a coffee machine with pods. Free water in the fridge. Hairdryer, safe, iron, ironing board included. The bathroom had good towels, bathrobes and a selection of toiletries. The included breakfast had a buffet selection and a cooked option. We ate in the evening as well and enjoyed the food. The hotel staff are polite, attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location to discover the city. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.
