Can't fault the hotel in any way

The staff really couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible; nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size and spotless.

The hotel is on a busy road so if you're a light sleeper you may be disturbed by the traffic, so take that into consideration. Otherwise there's to note of.

The room was clean and cozy and the beds comfy. Had all the amenities you would need. A very good price for the breakfast that is included which is a lovely continental buffet and a wide choice of hot breakfast choices too. The Full English breakfast was a 10/10. I would recommend this place for a couple nights if you're visiting London.

The bathroom was a little old

The hotel is very well located, we were only couple minutes away from the main attractions and late in the evening if we missed the last train home, we were able to walk. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing

Communication with the hotel was excellent. Our enquiries were answered promptly and Luke was especially helpful. We stayed in a twin room on the 2nd floor and there is a lift. The room was of a good size. Comfortable beds, tea/coffee and a coffee machine with pods. Free water in the fridge. Hairdryer, safe, iron, ironing board included. The bathroom had good towels, bathrobes and a selection of toiletries. The included breakfast had a buffet selection and a cooked option. We ate in the evening as well and enjoyed the food. The hotel staff are polite, attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location to discover the city. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

The bathroom could use some renovation and deeper cleaning of limescale. Also, this is not quite a hotel issue but we did have several meals at the pub downstairs and found the menu imprecise and the food overpriced given the location. Many of the dishes were not available.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast with many options (including vegan/vegetarian), good location and a fair price (we did book our room well in advance). We particularly appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room including beer, several kinds of coffee and tea, milk, and bottled water. We did not experience the issues listed in some of the comments on here, including the noise from the road and poor water supply. We slept well and were able to take a nice bath!

Excellent location and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were good and well stocked with teas, coffee and artisan chocolates with even a bottle of London Pride included. Remember to tell the pub restaurant below you are staying for a discount on the food.

Not much to not like, some of the decor could do with a refresh, but looks like some has been done so may be an ongoing project.

Lovely staff, really good food and drinks. Very clean. Beds comfortable, rooms well equipped. Definitely benefits from being small. Location is excellent. Would absolutely stay here again.
