We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHad to move to another room as the battery was low in the bedroom safe and therefore would not function. The fridge wasn't working, no smart tv, bathroom sink was not draining water properly. Light beside bed now working. Swimming pool had cold water. We booked this hotel because of the swimming pool for the family to enjoy but could not enjoy it due to water temperature. There was a man in the pool with a camera phone the entire time which made us feel uncomfortable. There were no hotel staff in the pool area. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.
Facilities such as bar were great, very clean and presentable hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great customer service. We did not get disturbed by noise.

United KingdomThe snacks in the foyer are ridiculously expensive £2.50 for a Kit Kat and £5.49 for Oreo bites is just stupid!
It’s a few minutes walk to the train station and just up the road from a great Greek restaurant! Parking is great and reasonably priced. Alex in the bar was very friendly and welcoming , we enjoyed chatting with him and wish him well for the future.

United KingdomThe pool is a lovely addition but a lady came in with 4 small children which made it almost unusable for a quiet morning swim. Could there be swim only times or an area laned off?
Room comfortable, spotless and very peaceful. Location just around the corner from train station so easy to get into central London. Breakfast was good and the staff very pleasant and smiling. Parking was easy to use and book.

Location is very good, pool is lovely and perfect for families, large tv with lots of channels, nice mini fridge and good WiFi.

Fish & Chips portion makes lough all table, I never seen smallest portion for £17.95(look like from kids meniu).Vegerarian meze was awful aswel, most of components from can/jar.And top on cherry: 10% service charge, then every single time you need to call waitress for drinks or to get next course,so don't think they suposed to charge you extra, also nobody informed us about service charge then seated.So if you don't want to be disappointed, better avoid Restaurant inside Hotel.
Nice hotel with spa facilities. Rooms are really spacious, beds are really good size,everything you need in the room.Also very delicious breakfast.

United KingdomPoor building design meant a sleepless night listening to the rain hitting the metal balcony outside the window.also didn't like the toilet being separate to the shower/bathroom as had to move from one to the other to wash hands.
The staff were so helpful and arranged an early check in and late check out for us. The hotel was really nice. Facilities were great. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was really good.

It was a bit strange having the toilet separate to the bathroom so no sink to wash hands didn't like the bathroom right next to bed and we had 4 of us so could have done with a bit more space in the room.

United KingdomThe room was classed as superior. I didn't think there was anything special. It was a small double. Also, the car park was incredibly hard to find. It's because it has a different postcode as it is lo ates at the back of the hotel on a service road, I would say. Nobody mentioned this when I booked parking.
