You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was cold needed to be kept hotter and not enough choice vegetarian ..ie quorn sausages would have been nicer than soggy vegetable sausages One of the staff also cleared table before we finished

The meal from room service my Mrs’ wanted wasn’t available so she was slightly sad, but that is absolutely nitpicking… unreal stay, amazing hotel!
Absolutely lovely staff on reception! Lovely staff for room service! We were upgraded to the Junior suite as it was my Mrs’ birthday! Would absolutely recommend to anyone to go to this hotel! Was a lovely experience!

People were smoking in rooms on our floor which was very noticeable in the corridor. Significant noise from the nightclub just behind the hotel still going strong at nearly 2am. Neither is the fault of the hotel but worth requesting a room on the main road perhaps.
Clean modern rooms, lovely helpful staff. Good variety of foods for breakfast.

Air conditioning was turned down every time we had the room cleaned. Not sure if it was the cleaners or something that was automatic but it made it uncomfortable for some time when we re-entered the room. The noise from others returning from Hen nights who were staying along the corridor was excessive especially at 4am. Witnessed several arguments between staff in public areas which is very unprofessional and should have been resolved behind closed doors. There was what seemed to be a photoshoot going on with several women hanging around the lobby area which was a little off putting and it meant there was nowhere to relax as most of the seats or areas were taken up.
Comfortable room once the temperature was turned up. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and beds. Very clean, rooms serviced each day. Location was very good with easy access to local restaurants, clubs and attractions. Welcome drink voucher on arrival which was a nice touch. Very good breakfast with some items cooked to order.

The lifts were very slow and one of the three wasn't working.
Fabulous staff, great breakfast, everywhere was immaculately clean. Good sized room with good facilities - plenty of sockets, coffee maker although we didn't use it), fridge etc.
