The reception staff were a little bit clueless and check in was a lot longer than it should have been.

The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable Floor had a big dent next to bed The room was small and too warm, small opening at top off window . Next to the car park, a car alarm went off twice early in the morning.

Room was very dusty, kettle stand had to be cleaned before I could use it, dust all at the back of toilet, room very tired We are in our late 70s and were put in room 606 up 3 flights of stairs which had not seen the hover for a long time and very dusty, while younger persons were on floors under us ???

Not a lot, towels and bed linen ok but overall very disappointed The breakfast the 1st morning was a joke, table in reception, not asked about allergies, food was not up to standard to start with, when full english was brought out and placed in front of us, my partner enjoy the FE, bacon excellent and food was hot Next morning we were in what looks like to be a ballroom and it was a help your self. waiter there was very helpful but did not really speak English

No lift. No breakfast menu. At breakfast if we needed something we had to wait until someone appeared (we were left alone for quite a long time) although we were checked on when they did appear. No information brochure about the hotel. In the room, no rack to put suitcase on, had to put it on the floor. No hooks for coats though there were coat hangers in the small open wardrobe. In the bathroom, no hooks, no seat/stool, no bin, no shelves to put wash bag cosmetics etc. on.

Parking for lady drivers right at the door. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of hot water. Warm & comfortable. Extra pillows provided in room. Shower gel & soap provided. Thick towels.

Noisy. Could hear other residents. And very noisy tank or some sort of machinery kept going off every half hour or so. Also the fire alarm in the room has a very annoying light that flashes all night and it’s right above the bed.

Seemed like a lot of people lived there and it smelt of smoke in in most areas including my room and parking near reception door was reserved for disabled people which is gr8 but also women only bit sexist really in this day and age

Beds Super uncomfortable, all hotels regardless need ensure best mattress possible! Was bitterly disappointed, awkward to locate, no signs that caught my eye to locate the hotel needs better signage kinda in the middle of a house estate,

Was probably unfortunate but was allocated room 519 which was at the top of the stairs with a stairwell door. It was a very noisy room.

The hotel was situated on a housing estate but was good for Mac Donald’s and some convenience stores. There seemed to be a lot of scruffy people hanging around the front of the hotel didn’t know if the hotel was accommodating immigrants. But no issues at all nice hotel with an amazing garden for the summer.

That someone tried to enter my room at gone 1am in the morning and the noise from the room next door was horrendous not sure what the noise was but it was really loud but apart from that it was a good stay

Walls to adjoining rooms very thin. I could hear clearly a phone conversation of the guest in next room who wasn't even talking that loudly....and that was over the sound of my TV. Chrome shower head was very rusty and bathroom was freezing as radiator didn't work even when turned up to full. Also bathroom fan was very noisy! Corridoors are like a maze with not enough directions. Got lost on way to bar, which closed before 9pm!

The restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast

We learned upon arrival that the restaurant service was limited and intermittent, and apparently the hotel had only just reverted to serving normal customers from Asylum Seekers. Not great….!!!
