I wish someone had explained to me that I needed the digital room key to call the lift. Also, a couple of times I went to the lounge for a nightcap and there was no one greeting guests so wasn't sure where to sit. I did sit at the bar once but was not greeted by a server so I left.

The view from my suite (that was a surprise) was spectacular! The digital room key was also a great thing to have so I did not have to fumble for a room key.

The pool area wasn’t too big , but hey it was definitely good with all the other facilities .

Loved the room , good size for London especially , nice and clean , modern design . Good room service too and the food was yummy also.

Weren’t impressed with our room, I didn’t realise that it back onto the railway tracks especially with how much we paid for the room. I think the room we had was mainly for disabled people also. Was disappointed.

I was not able to access the breakfast room on either of the days i went due to the very long queue which didn't seem to be moving at all. Disappointing. The carpet outside my room was dirty and was not cleaned at all o the 3 nights I was there.

Very nice bedroom room with everything i needed.

That there are two Park Plazas on the river and we went to the wrong one first-my mistake, but possibly could be clearer.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish

Could be a little more generous with Shampoo and water in the room, same goes for the slippers.

Gym, sauna and swimming pool. Breakfast is quite nice. Good Wi-fi

- room needs deep clean. a lot of dust in room. - room cleaning around 9pm before sleep - hard to find swiming pool. when booking it just say go to 1 floor but if you stay on floor 14 then there is no 1 and 2 floor. so need to go to floor 11, go around to find different lift and go down.

- spacious room and shower - pool+sauna and steam room - elemis soap and shampoo - very nice staff on just ground floor - easy check in and check out. no need to go to front desk, everything is in hotel app as well as room key. - if you run London marathon then start is almost 1h drive with taxi 20£ or 2x bus drives. from finish is 30min easy walk. - around corner tesco express 2min walk from hotel

Check in was fairly chaotic, our landing had lots of rubbish left outside rooms and an abandoned cleaning trolley overflowing with used towels. The bathroom didn't provide any basics like a shower cap, cotton pads etc. Only shampoo and shower gel. Poor in room tea/coffee.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable with lovely sheets and towels.

The family room had a sofa bed as the second double in the room which I was surprised about. But it was actually broken & the bed kept collapsing which wasn’t great. We asked for a cot to be brought, the member of staff didn’t dress the cot very well we had to fully re make the bed & there really wasn’t space for it when I think there should have been with it being a family room. Also the fridge in the room was leaking so we had a wet carpet floor. And the cleaning staff never came In and cleaned between ours nights of staying.

Our room was not cleaned thoroughly and tea station and bathroom toiletries were not topped up.

The location along The Thames was excellent. Bigger hotel room than most in London.

Breakfast set up We went to get cooked food, and when we got back to the table, they had cleared our cups and were resetting it for the next person. Despite our room keys being there, they took them. They also did this to someone else on the same day TV in the room very hit and miss

Lovely sparkling entrance. Staff at the front door and ones waiting to point out which of the receptionists were free were excellent. The room is absolutely beautiful and spacious and very comfortable Breakfast loads of choices

Prices of drinks in bar area extortionate, I expect to pay more in London but for 1 pint of lager & gin &tonic £27!is ridiculous 👎
