constantly asking for tea bags, milks shoddy house keeping one day wow next day what day after why? THIN mattress, small single beds noise from the hall and upstairs rooms and room 3 all you can hear is the receptionist opening and closing draws and wheeling around in the chair. the fridge sounds like it’s running on a two stroke generator all night. and when you come out the front door it looks like your walking into a dump with old black mattresses piled up and rubbish bags and the old hotel sign from the previous owners.

Very small room so not much room to move around beside the bed.

Clean, close to Olympia. Easy check in, lift to 3rd floor. Powerful shower and comfortable bed.

window was damaged so it wouldn’t close so it was really cold in the room, especially at night which meant I didn’t sleep well. also the noise in the property from other guests at 2 & 4am banging doors, shouting and playing music was disturbing.

close to event, staff member on reception was fantastic, shower was nice. clean and straightforward.

Duvet was very thin. Temperature in the room was fine but I get chilly easily. Thin walls meant that we were woken a few times by the noise of other guests.

Late check-in, clean, affordable. Water bottles provided (desperately needed after the walk to the hotel). Friendly and helpful staff.

The room is exactly as advertised in booking. The room is small but neat and clean. it is comfortable to sleep, there is an air conditioner and an e-heat. Bathroom is very clean.

Very clean hotel, nice bathroom. Quiet location. Tube station about 15 mins walk away and an overground station in the same street.

The room was quite small and for the price I payed I expected something a little bigger. The bathroom unfortunately did not have earbuds and there was little room to put things down. The double bed was actually two singles put together, so again, not great for the amount of money per night this is.

Place was super clean, looked nice and it's close to overground as well as underground stations.

The location was fantastic, easy walk to Victoria and Albert Museum and the Museum of Natural History, as well as super close to the Overground station which provided accessibility to Soho and Camden. The area was quiet and I felt safe walking around.

The room is very small but comsy. It has everything you need. The bathroom is great. The check in is fairly easy to do and the building has a lift which was great because I was pregnant. Room was clean and had WiFi.

When checking out you are not told how to get your 50 quids deposit back. Far from tube stations.

I loved the fact that the room was completely equipped: toiletries, slippers, microwave, kettle, fridge, TV, dishes, cutlery, etc Bus stop around the corner.

I didn't like that our door didn't lock, with no remedy, or alternative available, having to rely on dumb luck for our belongings to stay l, rang reception but they were unfortunately limited with what they could do, understandably so as it was Saturday evening.

I liked the friendly staff, location and the room was clean
