Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

DenmarkGreat and clean hotel. Great location and Friendly staff. The room was a bit small and the bed was very close to the window, which made it a bit chill to stay in the room in the winterperiod. The hotel and room was clean and there was nice toiletries. Overall a very good hotel, which I can recommend.

UkraineNot soundproof, not much space, and there was no full-length mirror in my room.
Great location, friendly staff, nice interior, free coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby. I also liked shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that they provide in hotel rooms.

United KingdomAs others have mentioned. The rooms are on the small side . However, the square footage is clear on Booking, so it wasn’t a surprise to me.
Modern, clean, eco-friendly, and calm. Loved the style and the personal touches. Very friendly and personable staff. Given the location (Paddington), I think it was pretty good value. Liked the storage under the bed.

ItalyAlthough the room was not small - the bed was super high and pushed to the wall, making the overall sleeping a nightmare. Adult couples cannot really move as you can fall down. Not for people with disability. The Safe under the bed is possibly the worst place ever seen in my life. it's at the end and place on the floor. How do you think a senior client could use it? Why I should lay over the floor to store my belongings. Also there weren't enough places to put things. A chair or shelves would be enough to make the room more comfortable. The breakfast is slow and super expensive. I suggest you go out and have it anywhere else.
The position is ideal being close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. The Hotel has fine furniture, brand new style and the rooms are small but cozy. Cleaning/heating perfect Check-in and checkout super easy.

United KingdomIt is very tight double room. Hardly any area to move around. The bathroom was even tighter. The smallest double room one would ever come across.
Nicely located, safe neighbourhood. The room and bath were clean. So were the sheets and towels. The bed was comfortable as well. Price was also reasonable.

LithuaniaThe hotel is very small, so it feels cramped and very busy. Also, I am not a fan of the location, however, it is very convenient if you are traveling from and to Heathrow.
It is a good hotel to stay for a couple of days if you are on a business trip. Rooms are small, but they have everything you need including bathrobes, slippers, nice toiletries, and coffee/tea. You can get free coffee/tea and fruit in the lobby at any time as well. The staff is very helpful - we arrived early and they checked us in 3 hours earlier than the check-in time.

United States of AmericaThe details really let this spot down. The shower fluctuates from freezing to scalding. We could not turn the HVAC on no matter what we tried so the room was very humid and we had to leave the window open. Also, with winding narrow hallways at this price point, I’d expect someone to help our bags to our room. Instead of hauling them up and down all the stairs ourselves. The bathroom is also microscopic and faces right into the bedroom, so no avoiding smells.
At first glance, this property is really beautiful. The finishings in the rooms are nice, with clever suitcase storage under the beds and nice fixtures in the shower. Also the reservable gym with Peloton is great!

GreeceIt was all great. Wish there were a late room service for food but still plenty of options in the area.
This was my third stay with Inhabit hotels and it was as great as always. I look forward to visiting again. All in all a great hotel, beautiful design with cozy common spaces and the staff is always very friendly polite and super accommodating. Location is super convenient especially if you are flying in town via Heathrow airport.

United KingdomMy room was a lot smaller than it was during my last stay with very little room to move around the bed, but I had been very kindly upgraded to a double so I had plenty of room inside the bed!
I love the simple and quirky styling and decor at Inhabit, and the lounging spaces with tea and fruit available. There is drinking water available on tap which I was not aware of and other facilities which I did not use this time like the sauna. The rooms are clean and cosy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was a great location for a local event I was attending and is near to both mainline and underground stations. I will be back!
