In room tv worked perfectly, was a little on the small side.

Location 2mins from Tottenham court underground and 8 mins from Leicester Square which is on Picadilly line direct from Heathrow. Staff very friendly Rooms very clean and comfy. Breakfast was excellent and discounted if prebooked the night before. Easy to walk or travel on underground to all attractions. For any necessities convenience stores are located across from hotel. Stayed 3 nights. Would highly recommend.

The room we were first given did not have 2 single beds. Also, it was so dark and it was very small, we asked for a different room and the lady said we were upgraded to that room as it was recently refurbished, she took us to another room to look at but it was on the 13th floor it was OK as it was bigger had a double and single bed . But it did not have a socket for an electric toothbrush , the pillows were awful, not very good at all. Apparently, this room had been refurbished but had been used a lot. The shower and sink taps did not flow freely at first. I suppose being on the top but one floor did not help . All you could hear throughout the night were the lifts as there were 4 of them . They did keep us awake most night, and we were there for 2. I suppose we could have asked to move, but we didn't. And the last thing the towels I reckon they would be better to fit stick people they were not very big at all.

That it was near to the theatre that we were visiting in the afternoon , also was not far from the train station we needed to use

Stayed on 5th floor West Tower room faced main road Tottenham Court Road. No curtains in the room only white Venetian blinds so unable to block early morning light which meant we woke very early. Curtains would have helped to block some of the road noise and early morning lorry shop deliveries.

The breakfast was average for hotels at least we didn’t have to queue/wait as there was plenty of room to sit down.

There were repairs going on in one of the rooms adjacent to us during the day, so the noise was bothersome but this was only the first day we checked in.

Lovely room and bathroom. Heating worked quite well. The location was also perfect, right next to a high street and right by Tottenham Court Road, 5 minutes away from Euston Station.

Bed can be better, sanitary and fixtures need renovation.

Gorgeous location, high price/performance ratio, kind and helpfull staff, average breakfast. Bed and sanitary need renovation, but not bad at least. I will stay again at St Giles London, when i will be in London again.

The sills of the windows are rotten & desperate for painting & a slight musty smell in the shower but nothing that couldn’t be resolved quickly & having to eat bacon at breakfast with a spoon as not enough cutlery.

The location is fantastic, it is so central to navigate all areas of London. The staff are exceptional, so friendly, polite & professional. Our meal in Hudson bar was delicious.
