The gold decor was a bit much. Their website advertised children's menu at the restaurant but when we went , there was none, and half potions were very expensive.

Hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Scotland blessed with stunning views and surrounded by stunning nature and wildlife. Room and hotel in general were very clean, tidy and comfortable with the added bonus of very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. We will most definitely stay here again hopefully in the not to distant future.

No dislikes really, it was just unfortunate for us that there was a few staffing problems. We had a great few days and was made very welcome under the circumstances. I hope everything works out for them and they can get a good team together.

Made to feel very welcome from minute we arrived. Very comfy warm room .very clean .Bathroom had bath and an excellent hot shower. The food is excellent and a good choice of drinks .Set in a great location with a nice walk along the coast .All staff are very friendly and polite and a very big thanks to Mike who goes out of his way to help in anyway he can .

It is expensive and it appears short staffed at the moment although I realise that they have problems because of the recent landslides and bridges being out.

Small issue but the sky box has bright standby lights directly facing the bed, which were distracting when trying to sleep. Would prefer for this to be less visible. But everything else about the room was perfect.

Great size room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and great facilities. Lovely views over the loch. Food was fantastic, well worth a visit. Hidden gem, fantastic value for money.

This is a very nice and cozy little inn with a nice bar, the location is good and the staff was friendly. Rooms and facilities are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was lovely as well!

The third time we have stayed here. The location and views are awesome. Lovely welcoming bar and hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Many thanks to Cara, Abbie and Olivia for looking after us and making it a fantastic stay. Great customer service, great food, excellent hospitality and help.

Hotel & bar didn’t open until 4pm & 5pm respectively. Bedroom furniture darkened the room, better lighting might be an idea.

Dinner was excellent, beautiful, modern restaurant overlooking the bay. Excellent service. Traditional bar area has a good vibe, a good pint, & was obviously popular with the locals.

The TV didn’t work for some reason and staff were unable to resolve. But this was minor.

We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable! The breakfast was lovely and staff friendly. The rooms were adequate for the price and very comfortable pillows!! The owner was extremely friendly.
