If I had to pick something I would probably say the spa times. Hotel guest should have access all day at the spa with that price. The spa was very nice but basic in my opinion.

Daytime service in bar area a little slow. Waited a long time just for 3 coffees. Bathrooms should have actual hand wash instead of old fashioned soap.

Firstly, the reliability of the WiFi signal left much to be desired as it frequently disconnected, causing inconvenience during work and leisure activities. Additionally, The lack of soundproofing in the room meant that I could hear wind noises during night, especially on windy days.

The room I stayed in was impressively clean and spacious, providing ample room to move around comfortably. Moreover, the breathtaking sea view from the room added a touch of serenity to the stay.

Dinner in restaurant not totally up to expectation. Fishcake starter sauce too much lemon in sauce Pate starter seemed over strong and chutney curry flavour? Needed a little salad & dressing. Fillet of beef was chewey in part. Having just 2 ways to cook? Greens had a fishy taste. Even though served with peppercorn sauce may have been nicer with some shallot, garlic, didn't need carrot or tomato. More refined would have matched the cost. Deserts very nice and lovely to have a celebration treat too Breakfast bacon fat under cooked in part and pieces stuck together, scrambled eggs not hot and black pudding dry and hard

The Quay is our favourite hotel and we have stayed here before .. luckily we were upgraded to a Suite overlooking the estuary this time. Evening meal was delicious and breakfast too. All staff were friendly and welcoming.

The Spa ..Ebb and Flo Restaurant food..Bedroom and view .. The staff.. Cleanliness..It was our 55th Wedding Anniversay and we could not have chosen a better hotel.

Although it would be hard to criticise the breakfast quality , the choice was quite limited for a hotel of this calibre. The pastries were ok, not delicious. I would have loved a cheese and cold meat selection, fresh sliced melon etc. Also, a breakfast chef preparing pancakes, waffles or omelettes would be a big plus personally as I don’t always want a full English.

The spa was fantastic. All the staff, particularly the breakfast waiting on staff, were very welcoming and efficient.

Having stayed a number of times, we always look forward to the breakfast however we were disappointed this time with the bacon and sausage they have always been top quality whereas today it was really cheap thin bacon and just a big standard cheap sausage!

The bar was busy which meant we sat on bar stools for a drink before our meal in the restaurant.That was ok just for a drink but not if we were eating.If possible staff could advise on busy times.

The location is beautiful overlooking the estuary.It is perfect for walking into Llandudno & there is the train station very close to the hotel if you don’t want to walk back. The Spa was excellent super pool & other facilities. The food in the hotel was a very high standard in both the bar & the restaurant.

The spa is just outstanding and all new so it was just fabulous Food was delicious & service was outstanding Bed so comfortable & with staying at the executive suite the view was just fabulous Staff so friendly & happy
