Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very little. If pushed the water in the shower was a little cold
The hotel was very well located - 5 mins from the underground, 20 mins walk to Victoria/Buckingham Palace., 30 mins Trafalgar Sq. There are restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were nicely furnished and decorated. The beds were very comfortable The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We were attending a function after we had checked out and the staff stored our luggage and gave us facilities to get changed.

People working in this hotel were really kind and always helpful. We liked the location a lot, also the surrounding area. Room was small but well equipped - everything promised was available. The bathroom was also nice and clean. We really recommed this place!

Very small bathroom (especially shower).
The room itself was clean and well-appointed with all the amenities. Although the room was tiny, just enough for one person, it would be way too small for 2 people. The hotel's location was also good, situated in a convenient spot with easy access to Pimlico tube station and walking distance to Buckingham Palace and the city center. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone for a short stay.

Shower cubicle was really small, I could hardly turn around in it. Which meant that there was no wiggle room for a few seconds to wait for hot water to come out of the shower when turning it on.
The facilities are brand new, nothing is exhausted. Beds, Bathroom and entire room was first class. Rooms cleaned to exceptional clean standards.

We were actually placed in a room in the basement, which is probably the case when you book the standard room. But you don't really get the impression of a basement room from the pictures that you see. Also the soundproof of the room was not able to cover the noise from the boiler room, being next to us, or the noise from other guests.
The location of the hotel is really good. You are a few minutes walk from either Pimlico or Victoria stations, which can pretty much take you everywhere. So a good choice if you value staying next to the city centre. You can check in anytime during the night, which is really convenient if you have a late flight. The room and bathroom were clean.

It’s a very very small point but they didn’t have any normal (breakfast) tea bags in the hotel. I’m not a fan of coffee or fruit teas.

The room was very tight with the bed against 3 walls so the person on the wall side had to climb over their partner to get out of bed. Also, there was no breakfast on offer even though it said there was in the room card wallet.

The room was in the lower basement, underneath the earth. We had a window though, that was positive. But it didn't close properly, so there was a constant air flow. The shower was cold! :/ Could not be fixed..
The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, it's close by the train station and the underground. The room was big and modern. Nice staff.
