Clean and stylish

We arrived around noon and were told our room is not ready yet. However, if we add 20 pounds, the room will miraculously be immediately available (we chose not to but found it a bit devious). We booked a room with two single beds and got a room with one twin bed. We left our luggage at the storage room and when we asked for it the concierge gave us someone else's luggage and asked us to come identify our own suitcase. These are all small things but I expect more from a hotel at this level.

The hotel fitted our needs. The room is spacious and clean. Excellent amenities. The location is good. A practical and safe choice which was exactly what we were looking for.

The AC was pretty awful and made it difficult to sleep until requesting a fan. Without the fan I would have looked for a different hotel.

The property was very clean and the staff were friendly. Location was pretty good.

When another room closed windows it shook our room and made a loud sound. Shower sprayed the floor a bit, need better door or curtain instead.

I had requested late check out and I clearly had a do not disturb on as I wanted to do some work. Unfortunately there was a lady who kept knocking on my door asking why I had not checked out and when I was checking out. I just found this annoying and honestly the system should be telling her who had booked a late check out than knocking on my door where I had clearly indicated I didn't want to be disturbed. Worse late check out is a paid service

Breakfast ok but need to be more varied Was a bitt confusing with the set up of cereals as there were two sections in different location The fruits at breakfast were lovely and fresh and the variety of them was also appealing

There were 3 of us and the room was rather small to accommodate a king bed and a single bed pushed against the window. There was a balcony but the door was locked and could not access it.

Great location right near Victoria underground. Lots of restaurants and food around. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to lots of attractions.

There were stains on the bed sheets and on two towels which we did mention to reception to have them change only to find when getting back they were still there throughout our stay despite telling reception about this on two separate occasions.

Location was great for the tube station to get around London.

Aside from the Reception staff who was lovely and very well trained, the level of communications and engagement of other staff was a little below standard for a central London Hotel of such rating.. Bar drinks choices were a little limited too

The location is very well connected. We had a superior room and beds were very comfortable! We also loved the easiness of using curtains and light controls. We really enjoyed the breakfast which had ample choices, and having drinks in the reception bar.

We arrived at 5pm and our room wasn’t ready. When we got into our room there were leftover cakes, chocolate and wine from the previous people. Based on the fruit this had been there for a good few days. The next day after our rooms were cleaned the previous days dirty mugs were still there, not enough towels for the number in the party and no teabags. On the final day there was no hot water in the restaurant for tea and there were limited choices due to being slightly later down to breakfast but still well before finishing time.

There were very few baby chairs in the dinning room. Sometimes there were no chairs available for us during breakfast. Regardless, the food was good and the staff was very attentive.

The location is good, close to Victoria metro station. The service was very good, and the room was large and very comfortable. It was perfect for our short stay.

Beds were too short. My husband’s feet hung off the edge and he is average height. The pillows weren't great and the pull out couch bed was small and sunk in.

Great location near Victoria Station. Wonderful helpful staff, clean facilities and quiet room. Breakfast was amazing! Also, free bottles of water and chocolates which is a nice welcome.

Breakfast on first morning was cold! I spoke to the receptionist who was very appologetic and reinbursed our money. Next morning the food was hot. Hotel was excellent .
