Westbrook Lodge has many qualities. First, it is ideally located - a short walk East along the beach takes you to Margate and its many activities & nightlife; a short walk West along the beach takes you to charming Westgate; yet the guest house is in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Spotless clean, well-equipped and looked after, it offers spacious comfortable rooms, and there is a possibility to have a homemade breakfast for a very reasonable price. But the best thing about Westbrook Lodge is its hosts - welcoming and attentive, Tracy & Colin provided fantastic recommendations and lovely chats. They go above and beyond for their guests, truly care, and take pride in their business. I had the cosiest of stays - thank you Tracy & Colin!

Nothing to dislike.

Good location, close to beach and Margate town centre, free parking. Clean, airy, spacious room, comfy bed. I loved everything about it. The giraffe themed bedroom, all the Harry Potter bits around the house. Tasty full English breakfast. The owners were really lovely and friendly too. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Hosts were very welcoming and the property and room were very clean with all the facilities you would want from a B&B. It was good that we could easily get teas and coffees for the room without having to ask. We had a medium breakfast but this was the one thing of the stay that we found disappointing. It didn't have the wow factor and the hash brown was not to our liking.

Tracy and Colin are absolutely fantastic. They will stop at nothing to ensure that your stay is as perfect as it can be, providing the best home from home experience anyone could have. Thank you both for such a fantastic stay. I really enjoyed it and it was just as relaxing as being in my own home. I will be returning later on this year. The location is fantastic. An easy walk from the train station, located on a very quiet street with free on site parking. The property is a stone throw away from Westbrook bay, providing a beautiful sandy beach. Heading left from the beach along the coastal path takes you to Westgate or heading right along the costal path takes you to Margate. Shops in Westbrook are also an effortless walk from the property. Again, Tracey and Colin are fantastic, the property is extremely clean & decorated in such a beautiful way, a lot of thought, love & care has been ploughed into this guest house providing such a fantastic, homely feel to it. The garden of the property is also very beautiful. The bar is great, well stocked & ideal for a nice quiet relax after a busy day seeing the sights. The dining room is brill and very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, the amount you get for your money is out of this world. Food cooked freshly to order providing great value for money. The room was absolutely spot on, I had an ensuite which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The wifi is great as was the TV. There is also books, board games, Blu-ray's etc. availble for guests to use which is also a lovely touch Thank you both once again, keep up the good work

It was just what I was after. Nice room with all the facilities I’d expect. Super clean hotel. Really friendly, helpful people. In a very quiet road a stones throw from a lovely sandy beach and a short walk to Margate main sands for a sauna, swimming and award winning coffees and breakfasts. Easy walk from the station. Excellent, thanks!

Tracy and Colin were very helpful and great hosts. The room was comfortable and quiet. Free WiFi worked well. This was my second stay at this guest house. It was great value for money and will look to stay here again on future visits to Margate.
