“We stayed for two weeks in September 2022. Our ground floor "Villa Sage" was spacious, well equipped and comfortable, with its part shaded patio overlooking the pool and garden area, which has numerous other tables and chairs set out for the shared use of all 4 villa/apartments, even including some exercise equipment.
We especially enjoyed the lovely clean pool set in well kept gardens with quality sun loungers with parasols.
Elianthos is well positioned just a short walk from the centre of Vamos, with its kafenia, bars and tavernas. Our favourite being Kali Kardya where we are always treated like special guests. Vamos is a 10 minute drive to nearby beaches and a good location to explore western Crete further by car.
The family owners and staff at Elianthos could not be more welcoming and helpful at all times.
