The water in the shower was not too warm and the pressure was weak. Also the bathroom could have had better lighting. A common, shared pool would have been great, however they have rooms with private pools.

Lovely place in a beautiful location! Colleagues (Christina from reception helping with everything right away, the bellboy taking our luggages up and down on the stairs, the F&B guys serving Breakfast, Nikos driving us around) were amazing and helpful! They also arranged a little surprise for a birthday we celebrated and upgraded our family members on that occasion as well! It was really great and they showed genuine care!

It was absolutely perfect!!

From the moment, I booked, the hotel reached out to me introducing themselves to me. Chrysa seemed genuinely excited for our stay. Our room was upgraded and the view is something I will never forget. My sister in law was due to travel the following morning and would be missing the room service Ocean view breakfast. To make sure she didn't miss out on it, the wonderful staff brought us breakfast so she would not miss out on it. It left us speechless. Chrysa recommended Thalami restaurant for our dinner and it was exactly what we wanted. I can guarantee that I will definitely be back!!!

I booked the room from BOOKing. We have been here before, but we were not as happy as this time. Christina received us warmly and took us to our room, along with the handsome front desk and beautiful lady. The bellman carried 4 luggages for us and told us how to take photos. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but there were a couple of minor issues that could be improved upon. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. However, one aspect that could be improved is the temperature of the coffee. We would have preferred it to be served hot rather than slightly cold. Additionally, we encountered some difficulties with the shower head in our room. It was a bit tricky to place properly, as it kept falling from the handle during use. This made the showering experience slightly less convenient than expected. Despite these minor issues, the rest of our stay was pleasant, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.

The view overlooking the Caldera and the Aegean Sea was truly breathtaking, unobstructed by any surrounding buildings. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, with special mention to Melvina at the hotel reception, who provided us with valuable recommendations for local restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wine & fruit platter provided by the hotel, which exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the unexpected upgrade to a room with a hot tub was a delightful bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I truly can't say anything that I didn't like. I was traveling with my wife on our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience for the both of us. We will stay here again, no questions asked! Don't hesitate to book here! It's worth it.

From the moment we walked in to the reception space, we were welcomed with a warm greeting & a smiling face. "What a relief!" I thought- we'd been traveling for quite some time & immediately I felt ready to relax. George & Flamiur were so kind, offering us beverages as we began our check-in & insisted that they would take care of our luggage & not to worry about a thing. "So helpful!" At check-in we had the pleasant surprise of being able to select our breakfast options as we waited for the AMAZING concierge, Maria. Maria was not only excited to talk with us, but she made it a personal experience by getting to know us, our interests, & the reason we were vacationing in Santorini, all so she could help tailor an experience on the island to exactly what we'd envisioned & more! Maria was very knowledgeable about so many things from restaurant recommendations, activities, sites to see, ways to travel around, & all things Santorini. We were blown away! Heading to our room, which Flamiur carried our luggage all the way down to (we appreciate you!), he & George chatted with us about our stay, our room, & all that we could look forward to. And the room did not disappoint! It was incredible! The room was perfectly placed w/a caldera view from the bedroom, the volcano & sea view from the terrace, & the private outdoor hot tub overlooking it all. What more could you ask for on your honeymoon?! The inside of the suite was lovely as well, with all the amenities you can ask for (this even included a U.S adapter for our convenience.) It felt (& smelled) so good! We felt like we had our own little home & felt pampered during our entire stay. This was very much in part to the WONDERFUL Sophia who I couldn't help but smile seeing her face first thing in the morning. She happily set out our DELICIOUS breakfast each morning and truly took care of us.

You don't get that kind of service in the US without spending an arm and a leg. Imogvil has many many steps. Get in shape and get ready to walk steps to get to and from your suite. It was worth every step! I even lost 3 pounds from the exercise! 🤣

The staff is so professional and helpful. Our suite had an amazing view and was one of the cleanest suites I’ve ever stayed in. Maria, the concierge greeted us by name Everytime we were in the lobby. She knew it was my birthday and had chocolate soufflés delivered to our suite. Sophia who cooked our breakfast at our suite everyday was a gem. She kept our suite immaculate! Fresh smelling linens and a super comfortable bed! Even supplied American electric converters for the room. You will not be disappointed! It’s everything and more that we could have wished for! Exceptional!!
