My room was on the front of the building, so I had some noise from the street, but it was tolerable. Breakfast looked to me very expensive given the food that was offerd, so I skipped it.

No matter how many times we told the housekeeping we didn't need any services because we were in the room for the day, they didn't respect that and came back at least 7 times. And the following day, we said no thank you because we were getting ready to leave and the staff member walked into our hotel which was uncomfortable considering the fact that one of us could have been indecent. And spite us saying no she walked in. Along with the bar staff, we sat at a table for half an hour without an acknowledged from the server or bartender. When we brought to the bartenders attention that the drink he made us wasn't what we ordered. He walked away saying I'll make you a different drink but proceeded to bring the same drink after we said no thank you and charged us for said drink

It was convenient with walking to the plaka and other surrounding areas. Nice staff at the front desk

The beds are too soft. The extra bed is too small. The street is very noisy.

The hotel is well located, closed to the subway station. There is a lot of cafés, bakery, fast food just down the street. The room is spacious, beautiful bathroom. The staff is very kind and helpful. Animated Athina Street is just a few steps away. The Acropole can be reached on foot, though not so closed. But you can get there by subway, very convenient.

Improvement on the quality of cooked food offered.

Loved the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant area and the staff were exceptional for service. Had a balcony room the first night with great views of Central Athens, Ommonia square but it was facing the main road which was busy and noisy. Gladly sacrificed the balcony room for a room at the rear of the hotel and had excellent nights sleep. Then enjoyed panoramic 360 deg. and excellent views of the whole of Athens on the rooftop facility, unforgettable and exceptional. Rooms were very clean and Breakfast was plentiful.

There wasn't anything particularly I disliked. It was my first time in Athens and so, I didn't have a specific expectation when I came in. I would certainly consider staying at Dorian again if and when I come back

I had a comfortable stay at Dorian and feel that I had a good experience for the price charged. The staff was friendly and the overall stay was good for the purpose of the visit.

Some of the surrounding streets were not the most enjoyable. We went down Geraniou right next to the hotel one evening and although nothing happened we did not like it.

Bedding (mattresses, pillows..) are extremely comfortable. The staff is lovely. The view is stunning. The bathroom is very clean.

Sharp edged metal framed beds were not ideal as one caused a large gash on my friend’s shin while she walked round the bed. Surrounding area is not particularly pleasant and would not walk there alone at night as a female on her own due to beggars and not well kept streets. No need for gym membership as the 2 small lifts were often very busy so we climbed the stairs often and were located near the top of the 12 floors.

The bar man was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop views were stunning. The room was very clean. The room and hotel was quiet and heard no noise from the street or other rooms. The bathroom was great, power shower very powerful and hot, with daily replenishments of soaps and gels.

The cleaning ladies were extremely noisy, starting as early as 8.00 am. The curtains in the room were smaller than the windows, so at the crack of dawn, the room was full of light, and you couldn't sleep anymore. Breakfast is served until 10.00, not 10.30. The hotel is 2.5 blocks away from the metro in a very dangerous area. If travelling solo, or only girls, think twice...

Easy access to.metro station, walking distance from all major sites. Renovated confortabke rooms and a nice bar.

Elevators are very slow and very busy, especially during rash hours such as breakfast and checkout times.

I could not use my laptop, the table was very small. The towels were without a tissue hanger, which was difficult to place on the wall hanger.
