Nothing - everything was lovely.

So I stayed at three hotels and one Airbnb in Greece and this was my favorite accommodation in all of Greece. It was PERFECT!!! The room was big, so comfortable, the amenities were phenomenal, the body wash smelled delicious, I loved the bathroom. The staff were the absolute kindness, greeted my boyfriend and I was such genuine warmth, I can’t wait to visit again!!

At first I thought that the hotel is rather far from the center, but then I found that was not so far The hotel and the room were very quiet Near the hotel I found an excellent pizza and coffee restaurant Silfio and also an excellent cafeteria with good cakes Kumakis there are also more eating options, for instant a restaurant called Kyriakis but it closes early in the evening

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and lovely fresh fruit, cooked eggs, and even included a small gluten free section with home made cookies. The pool area is very peaceful.

The time for breakfast could be a bit later , like 8am - 11am

All the staff made me feel like they were welcoming me into their family. Thank you to the reception , the service team for breakfast , lunch & dinner , the housekeeping , the cleaners , the chefs, the concierge , maintenance - everyone worked like a family & not a business. The hotel is beautiful & it is amplified by all the staff who work together to make it that way :)

The room was small for a family of 3 with no chairs or table on the balcony.

The breakfast was very tasty and there were bonus differences every day, the staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to the port as well as the center.

No monitoring of guests reserving sunbeds all day - some guests were putting towels out first thing in the morning but not using the sunbeds until late afternoon - if a sunbed is obviously unoccupied staff should remove the towels to allow other guests to use. A sign would be useful to advise of this.

Rooms are a bit small but the fact they combined two rooms so kids are In separate room was very good feature. Guess is normal for City hotel and on island with limited space :)

I have stayed in a double room and a superior business room. the double room was definitely better. the superior business room (having seen two) seems a little dated and in need of redecoration. the rooms in general seem quite small and basic. but it’s fine for a few nights stay and for the most part very comfortable.

my second time staying here. what really makes this hotel 5* is the people. they are so lovely, accommodating and helpful. the pool area, bar and restaurant is nice, the hotel is clean and in a good area. the bed is comfortable and having a balcony is a plus. would definitely stay again.

we ordered cocktails that we didn’t really enjoy but that’s probably because the recipe is different to what we’re used to. also the room was a little bit smaller than expected but ultimately there is nothing really to fault with this hotel!

it’s in a good location, about 15-20 mins walk from the centre with lots of bars and restaurants. the staff at the front desk staff are amazingly helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area and places to go. i unfortunately don’t remember their names but special thanks to the lady that was a trainee and the other that is shift leader (I think!). it is very clean, even the communal areas. a couple of times we saw the maids cleaning in places that already seemed quite clean! breakfast tastes fresh and is really nice, and there is free water and snacks available at the front.

Parking was a nightmare...sometimes had to park blocks away.

The room was acceptable in size, it was clean & comfortable except for the 3am garbage collection below our window :( The staff was friendly & helpful.
