Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe property caters for all ages. which means the central day complex, restaurant/ taverna/ bar at night turned into the entertainment hub. which faced our room. so a little noisy until 11.00.
probably the best facility on Kos. the facility was very well managed and the staff were both well trained and extremely Helpful.

FranceVery crowded, hotel was full, I didn't expect so many people at the end of August. Could not try other restaurants than the main one, since I was told you had to book days in advance.
Good location, nice breakfast, confortable rooms.

GermanyIt was very hard to reserve a table for dinner in the restaurants, even though they were most of the time empty. The resort is far away from Kos town and there’s only one bus connecting them, so people need cars in order to go out for dinner. There’re no taxis available at any time. You’d pre-order at least 24h in advance and than you can’t return to the hotel, because there’re just no taxis in Kos town. The bathrooms were old.
The architecture and interior/exterior design are very impressive. The garden as well.

GreeceThe room had some serious issues that required immediate attention.....and were not attended within the day that we notified the reception..!!!!the problems became only worse and we had to escalate the issue the next day in order for them to be solved...!!Not what i would expect from a 5star hotel! It shows lack of training on guests handling and problem solving! The handling of the matter was very poor!!
Overall the hotel is very pretty, the location is close to the city (5min drive) and there is a good beach. Also very nice facilities for the kids and tasty food.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately the rooms haven’t been cleaned well. They just cleaned the lavabo a bit and made the bedsheets. Everything else was dirty and they didnt even cleaned the floors and you can immagine how bad it is when you wash your hair every day at the beach and you are kind of sandy. Also the shower was bad, mostly cold water (had to call 2-3 times). View was stunning.
Breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices with a stunning view. I liked the fresh juices and fresh omelettes. A lot of fruits and sweet choice. Also for the yoghurt they offer a lot of sides also with honey greek yoghurt aso. Property was amazing and the stuff was also super friendly. Pools were clean and the beach was well maintained. I also liked the entertainment on the evenings. Perfect location for couples and family groups as well.

Austria-staff not very flexible, there was some small issues and they followed the rules instead of following the common sense. -some waiters very good but some overwhelmed with most basic coffe orders - bugs ( but its nature, if you keep closing a mosquito net youre fine ) - unatractive area. there is a bus to te city center but otherwise no walkin unless you enjoy a walk on the side of the road -i didnt like city center ( very cheap touristy- but hotel has nothing to do with it ..)
-very good food ( for a bufet ) -nice clean pool ( with poolside dining ) -not overcrowded -helpful staff -minimarket ( snacks , drinks etc ) -car rental on site

United KingdomStunning resort, the views are amazing and is only moment away from the beach. Staff are all very friendly and the whole hotel is really nicely decorated and clean. We arrived quite late and they already had dinner ready for us which was so kind of them to arrange. The whole experience was amazing, would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to visit Kos!

SwitzerlandNeeds renovation and more care on cleaning (from pool area to rooms). Athough staff is friendly, they rush to bring you bills before even bringing you what you requested. It gives the customer the impression that they do not trust you or that you will leave without paying. And even when they bring you the bill, other staff comes abd double check it again to see if it is accurate the bill you got. I did not feel comfortable with this attitude. This happened everyday during my stay.
Pools - good variety for children to play.

United States of AmericaWe would have preferred to have the sand at the water rather than the large rocks as the "beach" A little unorthodox to have a stone beach

United KingdomRoom was plain ... light fitting in the ceiling was hanging out, a loose plug socket where the 2 single beds was. The mosquito net on the door had a opening on it where it had been torn, paint left on wall light shades...one of the gowns was in a dreadful state..the loops were hanging off and the pocket was torn and hanging off ( not exeptable for a 5 star hotel). It was left on the bed so it would be changed but never was, so next day i threw it on the floor thinking they would get the hint it was still there, and the end we had to ask for a new one at reception, plus no milk left when we wanted a coffee in fhe morning.
Excellent variation of food, the choice of pools was perfect...staff was exceptional

BelgiumThe level of security and concern by the staff at the resort was more than questionable, at 1030pm a handyman let himself into the room where our children were sleeping. This caused the children to be scared for the rest of the trip naturally as a stranger just walked into their room unannounced. Additionally, the cleaner left the window open to the room on an easily accessible balcony. When we complained to staff that evening there was no apology other than a pathetic "that shouldn't have happened" and no attempts to rectify the situation further. The staff at reception were beyond useless throughout the trip. Finally, it was noted by our 6 year old that "it's not normal" the chef and the manager were having a very loud argument and slamming doors in the breakfast buffet. Sadly, the resort is actually quite nice, but the staff really let it down.
The breakfast was good with a decent selection of choices for both adults and children. The pool was also clean and children friendly. The room was basic but perfectly funcitonal and a good size for two adults and two kids.

Greecewe have prepaid rooms in advance. ourselves, directly to the hotel account and hotel did confirm funds received. nevertheless, upon arrival we have waited about 90 minutes to get room keys due to alleged ‘sofware issues’. the personnel were nice and polite, but unexperienced. the whole ‘operation check-in’ looked like personnel training operation.
