We didn’t like the fact we could only have cocktails at 17:30-22:30 with us doing all inclusive I didn’t think it was fair as we both wasn’t a fan of beer or wine so we were pretty disappointed. Our room was right next to the entrainment so if we ended up going into our room we would hear it for hours on which we understood but we wished we were further away! We didn’t like that the hotel was not near anything we had to either get a taxi or bus to places.

Bed was awfully uncomfortable, the mattress was sagging and it really needs to be changed. The hotel doesn't suit for children under 3: there is only one baby-chair in the canteen, no pot, no safety pads in shower (my baby slipped and hit his forehead) the play ground is very poor and children pool is about 50cm deep. The hotel is about 20 minutes of walk from beaches, there's a mini-bus, but it goes only 4 times a day

Staff is really nice and helpful. Food was good. There always was something for a child and for adults. What is really nice is that there were welcome sweets and fruits, and such hotel amenities as slippers and toothbrushes.

Internet connection wasn’t great and most residents complaining about air con not working. I was there for 7 days and saw the cleaner do my room once. There old ladies so dimentia could be the cause

We have been lucky to have a room in the renovated side of the hotel. Our room was very nice, clean and air conditioning was excellent. Our friends have been less lucky with a room with broken air conditioning. They changed the room but still air conditioning was quite low. They got a room in a different building so maybe all rooms there have similar issues. Poor quantity of food if you arrive in the last 30 minutes of the service, mostly at lunch. Suppers a bit better from this point of view. But this is probably due to the fact during suppers there is a big man kind of boss that is really taking care of the service.

Suppers were fantastic. Quality and quantity of the food much better than lunch. Nice cakes and desserts. They know how to do them. Nice common areas if you want to spend one day without going for beaches.

Wifi not working everywhere and a bit slow. Cleaning service almost "mandatory" even if you want to sleep in the morning. No A/C in the hall, only in the rooms. Overall a nice place if you just want to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

You pay for what you obtain, good position, close to the center of Kolimbia and to Faliraki. Nice pool area, lots of food.

The Loutanis hotel is an ‘all inclusive’ hotel for anyone on a really tight budget. Photo’s & advertisement on Booking.com were misleading, incorrect and blatantly photoshopped. Massively disappointing, had we calculated how little it cost per person, per night we would have foreseen booking here was a mistake.

There was water constantly running in the toilet, but in 2 days they come and fixed it! (i didn't even ask for it!) :) The staff is constantly trying to enter the room for cleaning every day. I didn't need the cleaning so often, so sometimes my room was cleaned without my wish. But it's nice afterwards, isn't it :) To solve this they should add these carton hangers on the door (please clean/do not disturb). Some drinks felt like they didn't have enough alcohol to hit me, or maybe that was just low cost alcohol. Nice beer and wines anyway!

Good food, definitely worth it's money! One day there was big nice pork part, the other evening mussels, the other octopus! The staff changed my booking on the day of arrival in the morning, communication via email, responded in 1 minute.

excellent value for money. Great location for visiting the island. Perfect services, abundant breakfast. In the pool there is a wood oven that bakes pizza for lunch and dinner plus a bar that offers hot dogs, salads and toast as well as unlimited drinks. The rooms are small but functional and with a balcony. I would go back right away. Recommended!!!!

Everything was perfect, no complaints.

Excellent service, amenities and friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Breakfast lunch and dinner was amazing. The pool with wood fire pizza and great cocktails complement for relaxing time at the pool. Location is very convenient within 2-3 minutes walking distance from the center of Kolympia where you can find restaurants, shopping stores and coffee places. All of these made for an unforgettable stay with a top rate experience. Highly recommended, will visit again in the future.

The hotel was in a very good location and very close to the sea. Our room was very clean and renovated. The pool area was nice and the hotel amenities were excellent. The food was delicious and always with many options! I will definitely prefer it again.

Paid to get upgraded room. Did not get it. The food was beyond disgusting. Same food every day. REALLY POOR!!! Then there were the hospital type trolleys being wheeled around the restaurant collecting dirty plates etc. They srape the food off the plate in front of the table!!! how vile!! The drinks in the hotel were undrinkable unless you drink rocket fuel!! only beer water and coffee were drinkable. The maid service to the room was the sheets were only changed once a week!!! shocking!! and towels every two days, but ours was four. They did not clean the room, just put towels on bed. the toilet was broken. complained, they said it was fixed but it was not. so had to take the lid off and do it manually! VERY NICE. I went to the laundry cupboard and got clean sheets and towels for myself!!The pool closed at 6!! when everyone was still in it!! There was a 1930 style bus that took you to the beach. at 10 12 2 and 5. last one back was 5. It was a long walk to the beach as well.

The only saving grace was the pizza oven and the man who made the pizzas. h However people were pushing and and being really greedy, taking so much pizza for s themselves (pigs). There was nothing else to like.

The hotel is very run down and probably hasn't been updated for many years. There were toilet cleaning brushes left in corridor, also a broken door and doorframe and a bin in the bush.

Location was good, In walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach.

The food was not bad and there was always plenty. The restaurant staff was helpful and did what they could under the current circumstances. The poolside bar service was not to expectations. Drinks looked and were of the cheapest quality and the hotel could do better by looking at their poolside snacks menu. Too often running out snacks. The staff could do a little more to interact with the clients. The shuttle bus service to the beach was sadly poor, with a bus that has seen better days always breaking down. Luckily the walk to the beach was not long and in fact more enjoyable than the shuttle ride. No Wifi reception anywhere at the hotel except within the swimming pool area. Those lucky enough to have a room in that vicinity would be happier than the rest of us. Hot water in the bathroom was at a premium. Only time there was some reasonable amount of hot water to shower was in the morning and late afternoon. After that water too cold to shower. Cleaning of the rooms was not done frequently enough; in fact that was mainly restricted to replacing the towels....sometimes.

The food was ok and plentiful. The restaurant staff did their best to make the guests feel comfortable The location was not bad. The view from the balcony was also something I enjoyed looking at.

WiFi never works in room or public places other than pool. Shower had zero pressure when I was there for the week. Food is very basic, same buffet everyday. Beer and drinks were watered down or just very cheap. Staff weren’t the most helpful, after escalating about WiFi and shower nothing was fixed. Tried to store luggage in locker, paid for the locker. Turned out it was faulty (no notice) and I wasn’t offered the money back.
