The hotel is fine and clean. Rich breakfast buffet. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. The only negative thing is the location; it is a bit of a scary neighbourhood and not nice to go out in the evening, and there are no restaurants or cafes in the vicinity.

Despite an upgrade, the room turned out to be shabby and had damaged lights. Why use disposable paper cups in the room for tea/coffee? So wasteful and I’d rather my coffee in a hotel room in a proper cup and saucer or mug!

I chose this hotel as I expected the usual Novotel standards but the hotel does not meet these Room was ok, hotel in general a bit warn out. Breakfast a disaster with no replenishment of the buffet, no eggs, no bread, no cheese. Cold coffee made from sirup on dispensing machines and 4 euro for an expresso if you ask it from the lobby bar.

The room was not very comfortable. There was no ventillation. The lift was very small and cramped.

The room service was very good. The receptionist arranged a baby cot even in the middle of the night after our delayed check in. The breakfast was very good.

You have to pay a fee per day to have your pet... My cat sleeps the whole day and even without him I never allowed people cleaning the room every day. They said that this is to pay for products for allergic people but 20 per day in product? Also... They never got in so that's just a easy way to make more money. Lock some deposit money and if the pet damage something you can charge us. About the allergy... I talked to people in other hotels, they have rooms for pets and rooms for allergic people, they are separate. I absolutely hated that they tried to lie about products to try to convince me about the price. I wouldn't go back.

I did not like the fact that I had to move my luggages down to the reception. A trolley to do that would be nice. Also, they would not give a late check out. Check out is 12pm. Even though my flight was 7pm But, you are allowed to enjoy lingering around till you are good to leave.

I travelled to Athens in November. So it was kinda cold not very very cold, but cold, so the pool was not accessible, or so the staff told me. Basically it was shut due to the weather.

Additional bed (sofa bed) wasn’t confortable, on the side there is space with metal piece we have to protect with towel because our children complain, but for the price and quality I cannot complain. Neighborhood is difficult: junkie, needle. You have to take taxi all the time. We took the subway the first day but on the way back from the station to the hotel we came across a junkie who was injecting himself in the street. But hotel is safe, staff is nice. Honestly, consider the price, the swimming pool and the room that are ok, just take the taxi and it Is not a problem. U don’t think the hotel has to be blame for the neighborhood

Nice place, the swimming pool on the roof and the roof top restaurant is real nice to chile out at the end of the day. Excellent breakfast l, nice staff. Feel safe in the hotel compare to the neighborhood.

The sofa bed was very old, it destroyed my back. The rooms aren't very clean. The location is a bit dangerous and distant from Athens' main attractions. The mini fridge wasn't working. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers.

It is clearly in a very run down area but I was aware of that before I booked the hotel. I really wanted the pool for my daughter and decided to just cope with the area. It wasn’t actually that bad. You can walk to the underground in 10 minutes and it’s a perfectly fine walk in the day time. We didn’t go out at night but I probably would have got a cab. The room had a bit of a weird smell on arrival but we opened up the windows and that disappeared.

The staff were very friendly and I had a quick response to any concerns. The pool was great and made a huge difference to our stay. The room service was good.
