I can't write anything here as all is exceptional. I guess the WiFi is slow, but I used a personal hotspot from my phone.

I have stayed here before a couple of times. I return because it is simply great! The view is great the Owners are both helpful & friendly. The cleanliness is exceptional. It is close to the Sea and local amenities. Petrino Garden (which is part of the property) serves great food and Beer! As a regular visitor to Paleo, I seriously think you would be hard pressed to find better than the Villa Fiorita.

Very nice attractive villa, very clean, friendly family who run it and lovely bar to have breakfast in the mornings and other meals during the day, serving really good food.A good location, close to other restaurants and supermarkets too. Would highly recommend.

Clean place, lovely little balcony. Next to bus stop and to beach entrance. Just a 15 min stroll to main Paleokastritsa with fantastic views. Little brasserie at the entrance run by the owner.

A few minor things: we could not close the bathroom door, we had to put a small chair there to keep the door closed. There was no soap in the bathroom. The apartment had only one small trash can in the bathroom, might worth considering adding a bigger one. But once agian these are only minor issues,all in all we were totally satisfied, 100% redommended!

Excellent location, the villa is pretty much close to everything (beaches, restaurants, shops, bus stop...). The apartment is charming, cozy and clean, we were absolutely satisfied! Staff was also really kind and helpful, there was room service (they cleand up everything beautifully) and we also got an extra blanket when the weather turned a bit chillier. I guess regarding the value for money, you cannot really beat this one. Totally recommended!

I did not have enough hair dryer, and everything is wonderful.

Wonderful apartments, very comfortable, beautifully decorated, everything you need is available. The staff is polite and friendly. All issues can be resolved quickly. They always go to a meeting, as was the case with the arrival before the set time. They are not located in the center, but in Paleokastritsa the center is conditional, but the best of the beaches available here is very close. Thank you. I definitely recommend.

All was nice. Had some AC issues, but they were sorted out promptly and efficiently.

Very clean and lovely, rooms serviced every two days. Close to the nicest beaches in Paleokastritsa, many restaurants and the main bus stop to Corfu town. Great view from the balcony. The staff was really welcoming and prompt in communicating. To add to the charm of the place, there is also a relaxing beer garden downstairs, under some picturesque sycamore trees whose gentle breeze is soothing and refreshing after a long hot day at the beach.

The room was a little bit small but we didn't mind.

We liked everything about this hotel. The location was good, the parking spot was big, the cats were cute and the view was amazing! We loved the cosy vibe of this hotel. I recommend the apartments on level 1, because of the view :) Also, go to their restaurant. The food was delicious.

The kitchen is really really small, but you dont have to worry about it becouse Petrino Garden has amazing dishes!

This place was amazing, the view from the balcony is breathtaking. (see photo) The apartment is tiny but you have everything you need, and also you shouldn't spend too much time inside when you are in Corfu! There's a lot of cats on the island, and they are everywhere. (See photo aswell) The host is really kind, polite and helpful. All in all I would absolutely recommend this place!

The bathroom, kitchenette, and furniture quite dated, but all comfortable. A kettle was missing.

The mattresses were the most comfortable we have had in hotels! Beautiful authentic and green surroundings. Very well located, with the green bus stop right next to the hotel entrance, lots of cafes and a few food markets around, 5 min walk to the nearest well maintained beach. Parking right on the premises of the hotel.

Fiorita was lovely. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the location is good. Lovely views from the good sized balcony. The rooms are snug but it wasn’t a problem. I didn’t mind the firm mattress at all. Clean towels every other day that were nice and soft to use. Good value.

Stunning area and great location near restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet overnight. Very helpful and friendly owner. Not too far to walk to numerous beaches but lots of steps down to beaches. Very little sand, mostly pebble beaches. Refreshing sea temperature but okay once in. Akron beach was our favourite, with a fabulous bar/restaurant and staff. Nereids was by far the best restaurant we ate in on an evening - friendly and professional service, delicious food.

Excellent location in a beautiful Paleokastritsa. I had the most amazing view from my balcony. Luckily there was a mosquito net so it was possible to keep balcony door open without worrying about insects. There was small kitchen with a fridge. Green bus stop and grocery store are alongside. Beaches are easy to reach by foot.
