Not a matter of not liking but there needs to be a few things replacing, such as the kitchen sink and the bathroom vanity hand basin as the y were quite worn out.

The property was exactly like the photos in the ads and that is a great start. Convenient location, and staff were very friendly and obliging and maintained the property daily very well.

Bedroom children has seperate front door. Would be better to make it directly connected to master bedroom. Kitchen shows age but minor detail.

Spacious rooms and entertainment/pool area. Great swimming pool and outdoor landscaped areas. Excellent location in close proximity of great restaurants and walking distance to Sanur beach.

We have stayed at Emerald Villas on many occasions, it's our go-to place when we stay in Bali, Emerald Villas is centrally located to all shopping and restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach front.

Amazing villa in the heart of Sanur. The photos don’t do it justice how nice it is. We rented a 3 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool. The rooms are huge all with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms also had their own outdoor shower (very private). When you arrive there is security 24x7 and I was felling like maybe I had not booked a good place. But once you get to your villa it is amazing. Being a villa it is a different to a hotel so you can cook meals at home or go out for meals. It is a very short walk to the street where you have lots of selection for food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have filtered water available in the villa which is a nice touch. We loved our very short time there. The pool was great and had some pool toys to float around in. Highly recommend and would stay again.

I honestly can’t think of anything

On our arrival we were given a villa too far part of the rest of our family. This was quickly remedied the next day with great efficiency. The housekeeping and the cleanliness of the Villas was exemplary. The gardens were a delight. The pool was sparkling. The bathrooms sumptuous. I love the option of an outdoor shower. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. I was given a gentle chiding from our lovely housekeeper for doing my own laundry 😂. She said this was her job and that I was on holiday.

Everything! This villa has just been renovated and is beautiful. Owners have thought of everything you could possible want to relax. The maid was very happy and did a excellent job everyday. Wish we stayed longer. Definitely going back.

The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and each day the Villa was serviced by house staff, pool cleaner and gardener. Our laundry was also done every day which was great. I loved having our own private pool which was used constantly. The Villa had a lovely Balinese look and feel which is what we were after.

Not a great choice of movies or access to cable channels. Were unable to download streaming services such as Netflix and Stan. No DVD player Lounge area open to outdoors, so no A/C. We were lucky that weather was very mild but in hotter weather would have been uncomfortable to spend time there.

Close to beach, restaurants and massage. Large, clean pool. Comfortable super king bed. Good hot shower with good water pressure. Large well appointed bathroom, loads of storage. Large well appointed kitchen

Fairly old needed update with interior. Bath not accessible ( broken) Shower water pressure very slow Kitchen amenities were outdated The cooktop needed replacing.

Villa needs a few updates: salt and/or water damage. Sink needs replacing. Shower heads not superb. Out of control of villa owners: 3am rooster crowing.

Villa in great location, easy access to Jalan Tamblingan and the beach. Villa had all we needed. Love swimming. Little cool in the afternoon as pool gets afternoon shade. Rooms clean and tidy. Housekeeping kept things clean and tidy with daily washing.

Nothing in particular...it's really quite pleasant accommodation

We stayed in villa E3. While starting to show its age in a few cosmetic areas it's still fairly nice..certainly a step above a number of other properties in the area. Everything worked as expected, the air-conditioning in each bedroom was excellent, as was the pool Reasonably well located with a short walk to the beach and plenty of dining options for all meals as well as mini marts etc The housekeeping staff are excellent and do a great job of keeping the villa looking neat and tidy...as an added bonus they wash any laundry (within reason) you may have. The complex has 24hr security on the gate and they are quite flexible when it comes to check-in times.

Nearby residential dogs howling on some nights, although no reflection on the villas.

Great set up, huge pool, perfect for entertaining several families, and great for relaxing. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Also a great location, close to restaurants and the beach.
