We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was tasty and hot when delivered to the table. There was plenty to choose from and a lot of healthy options. The area was laid out to suit covid social distancing. I asked for a table in a more secluded location and staff were accommodating. The Restaurant is large and well maintained.

IrelandThe door card it was a nightmare, would not work no matter what way or how many times we tried it. New carpet and place updated would not go a miss.
Staff are wonderful very helpful and polite, food was very good, service was quick, food hot. Girls cleaning the rooms were lovely friendly polite and efficient. Reception staff very helpful and accomodating. Bar man really nice .

IrelandI didn't like the fact when I tried to book swimming I was told on two occasions that there was no kids allowed before 9am but on both mornings there was children in the pool. Also when having a meal manager went up to certain tables to greet guests but did not come near our table. Receptionist and management unfriendly. Table service was atrocious, staff are lovely but lack of training. Waiting ages to be served and menu, no structure to serving customers.
Housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough, rooms were spotless. Also great deal swimming pool and gym included in package. Leisure staff were friendly also.

IrelandReception staff could be more friendly to guests. When we arrived it took a good few minutes for one of them (there were 3 staff at the desk) to acknowledge and greet us. Corridors are dark and carpets are worn and faded. Rooms are dated and could really do with updating and refurbishments. Facilities are basic. There was no air conditioner so had to rely on the window for ventilation. Could do with a fridge especially in the family rooms. Breakfast was ok but could do with more fresh fruit options.
Catering staff were brilliant at breakfast. Big kudos to Lina and her team for making sure we had everything and enjoyed our meal.

IrelandRoom not clean,not comfortable, not per Web site,sockets all blew 9pm no kettle or TV for night then. Awful expensive for type of place should be 2 star max. Old musty not clean. Rough crowd we had our door kicked several. Didn't even feel safe. Got up 6am well actually got little or no sleep and checked out but wax paid for 2 days. 😕
