Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaUp and down steps to room from elevator- makes it difficult to take luggage to room. Biggest warning- if you park in garage- do NOT make mistake of thinking to pull up to hotel after you check out to put luggage in car- literally took 45 minutes to backtrack to hotel!!! Nearly missed flight! Traffic is nuts around downtown. Just carry luggage to car in garage.
Great location! Walk right to pubs. Great triple room with great bath! Quaint places to hang out around hotel in lobby and outside space. Had vending machine. Breakfast was yummy!

FranceFire alarm went off very loudly twice in the middle of the night (2am and then 3am). A meek apology was all that offered. I had a wedding the following morning
Breakfast was great and included in the room tariff I chose.

IrelandStaff were not great. Lots of questions on check in. Bar staff were hopeless. Lacked knowledge, skill and efficiency. No Guiness available (despite literally being in the blurb about the bar.) They ran out of beer, and had no intention (or perhaps training) to hook up another keg. Had no knowledge of the wines and could not identify them. A heater and or blankets would really improve the rooftop garden. Many guests in party complained that the rooms were too cold and duvets not sufficient.
Great price. Wonderful to have option of a triple room. Nice decor. Simple and lovely rooftop garden off the third floor - relatively sound proof too. Great showers. Nice doorman after hours. Good sound proofing in rooms.

United States of AmericaWe had a triple room with 3 beds. The room itself was a bit small for 3 and the bathroom and shower were quite small as well. There is no elevator to the 4th floor so we had to have someone help us get our luggage to the fourth floor up 2 sets of stairs.
Location was great in Temple Bar area

IrelandThe room itself was small. The bed definitely could have been bigger for 2 people. I really don't think small double beds are luxury for hotel stays. You want something bigger than your own at home. It was very small. I also didn't like that they charged my card 50 euros as a "damage deposit" yet as soon as I arrived they processed it back to my card. Without seeing if I caused any damage or not. I felt this was very unnecessary so much so that it might deter me from booking again with the Fleet. It was not my first time to stay there either.
Loved the location and the breakfast is superb. One of the best breakfast I've had while in a hotel.
