The rooms were a little bit dated. I also found that the depth of the bathtub made it difficult to get in and out to shower. The tub is very deep because it’s a Jacuzzi style tub with jets. For people with mobility issues I would ask if there is a handicap accessible room that doesn’t have such a deep tub. I don’t have mobility issues and found it a little daunting to get in and out of the tub.

Overall it was great. One thing we LOVED was for an extra 150 shekels we were able to have a late checkout and were able to stay in the room until 8pm. we had a 1am flight so this was fabulous for us. The location is also good. We were able to walk to most places.

I have been staying at this hotel for literally 20 years, first as a tourist visiting Israel, and for the last 10 years as an Israeli resident, when I visit Tel Aviv. It is a good bang for your buck. But the breakfast buffet is "eh" compared to other Israeli hotel buffets, and the rooms could use a good deep cleaning. This time, the roll of toilet paper on the bar had obviously been dunked in water, (the toilet?) dried, and put on the bar. GROSS. But quiet, great location and nice pool.

The breakfast was horrible. Nothing was fresh. The coffee is undrinkable. The dining toom is not clean. Was completely disappointed and had wished I never ordered breakfast. The AC in the room was very loud. The double bed was too small and uncomfortable.

The place was very quiet and the location near the sea was perfect. The kids loved the pool that was almost empty all the time and felt like a private pool.

First of all, I just want to say thank you to the wonderful hotel team for making me feel so welcome! And a big thank you to everyone who helped me out with my personal situation. It was so lovely to have such great support and I'm really grateful. The location is really convenient – it was just a three-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the center of Tel Aviv. Breakfast was delicious. I was in a room on my own which was really compact, but it was very comfortable. The bed was really comfortable too and I slept very well. The place is really clean! The cleaning was done daily and was absolutely perfect! I will definitely be back!

Very shabby - carpets torn and worn, walls chipped and marked, only one lift working for most of my stay. Had to get the door key re-made four times in 7 days. Rooms not cleaned properly. Lost item left at reception ( later found).

Location - excellent close to the beach and main shopping streets. Good connections/buses. Walkable to Carmel market.

The rooms are dated and not v clean. The shower in particular needed thorough disinfection and removal of mould. There were multiple large families on my floor who made a terrible noise and stopped me from sleeping.

Staff v helpful, location great. Allowed me to check in much earlier than advertised, which was a big help.

The hotel has seen better days. It looked run down and almost non functioning with skeleton crew. There are objective reasons behind this (the ongoing situation in Israel) but I was still over charged 730 ILS for 1 night and did not get the room I booked. The price was not comparable with the standard of the hotel. This is the reason I cut my stay short from 4 nights to 1 night. I was taken aback with the poor condition of the hotel. I have known this hotel for over 40 years and stayed there many times previously. I would rate it now as 3 stars not more. It was sad to see it in this condition.

After travelling for 25 hours we arrived in the hotel, were sent up to our room on the 11th floor, rubbish lying all over the corridors, and eventually we fell asleep at 5.15am, and renovations with hammering and drilling started at 7.30am. We were horrified, forfeited our money and checked out almost immediately, having paid for 2 nights and spent only 4 hours there. It really was awful

Fabulous hotel. You can not beat the location or the staff. It was ideal. You are steps away from the beach, the market, the shopping and the restaurant, and the staff that work there treat you like family.

Staff weren't very welcoming on arrival or throughout our stay. They were very dismissive and seemed too preoccupied to warrant guests with a simple greeting. The food was inconsistent and the selection itself was basic, but was mostly flavoursome. Food should have been covered as we saw flies on numerous occasions around food in dining room. The lobby was freezing and therefore difficult to relax in. Facilities in room were very basic and need updating. Furniture and decor need a refresh for this to be considered a four star. The shower curtain needs to be replaced with a shower glass for hygiene purposes. As part of the package, we were promised slippers and a bathrobe. On arrival, both were present and laid out neatly on the bed. But, after having the room cleaned the day after our arrival the bathrobe was missing and we didn't receive another for the rest of the stay. The WiFi was pretty poor and constantly reconnecting, making it difficult to stay in touch with family back home. Overall seemed more like a budget hotel than a four star.

The location was close to the beach and good transportation links. The power shower in the bathroom had good pressure and toilet paper was good quality.
