This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The rooms were warm, cosy, and inviting, making me feel right at home. The strong internet connection allowed me to work efficiently all day. Plus, having a fantastic restaurant within walking distance for lunch and dinner was incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Because we travelled earlier in the season the room was really cold and you could smell humid. The owner explained it is due to a local law forbidding them to turn the heating on after April, which is understandable but the duvets had signs of moulds which we are allergic to as a family. Because we didn't stay long we didn't mind it much but I think the place needed a good airing before welcoming guests and the mouldy bedding should be replaced. There was no shelf in the bathroom which makes it impossible to take a shower without whole bathroom getting wet. Also bathroom and especially shower head was a bit too dated but maybe it was our room, I don't know about the other rooms.

We really enjoyed our time in this place, it makes you feel like you are in a movie scene. The beds were really comfortable. The location is superb especially if you have a car and want to be out of an urban environment. Owners and lady working in the mornings were nice, their dog made a good friend to our little one. The breakfast was decent and helped us starting the day in a good mood. Owner's recommended restaurant nearby was a real bonus. Would stay again.

The surroundings were stunning! The room was beautiful. The rustic views are what attracted us in the beginning, and once there in person, the beauty well exceeded our expectations! Very much would recommend. As a side benefit, the location was perfect for us. All the towns we wanted to visit: Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, and Locorotondo were just a short drive away.

A very well located property, in the country inland from Monopoli. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms clean. There was a very comfortable lounge area in addition to a delightful swimming pool. The breakfast was terrific and the staff very friendly and helpful. There were good restaurants within a short distance of the property

A bar to order some drinks, snacks

Beautiful place and very friendly and helpful staff. breakfast was very nice and we, specially our son who loves catching all sort of insects in the garden, enjoyed it a lot. The swimming pool was clean with a amazing view. The only thing missing was a bar to order some drinks, lunch or snacks.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay in the the countryside close to the city of Monopoli (appr. 10 km). Absolutely wonderful and helpful lady who makes the tasty breaksfast with delicious pastry. Very nice pool area in a beautiful landscape of an olive grove.

The property was beautiful, most notably the gardens which are very large. The building was very charming and Golfredo was very gracious in explaining its historical significance (he gave us a small tour). This is a wonderful familly owned establishment and everyone is welcoming, even the playful dog. The breakfast was amazing (with local products). Finally, Golfredo recommended the meat restaurant up the block, which was phenomenal.

Actually there are two properties and we stayed at both. One is an old farm house recently updated and surrounded by beautiful farmland. The other an old farm mansion converted to guest accommodations and set in beautiful gardens. Both wonderful. And the staff from the owner to everyone else couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. An A+ experience all around.
