Our room was very clean and cozy. The location was extremely ideal, just 2 minutes from the ferry dock. Our breakfast was delicious (all you can eat). Staff was extremely friendly and informative, helping us navigate around the area. A 10/10 experience and would definitely stay here again.

The walls next door were thin it seems, and we unfortunately had noisy neighbors at night. That was a bit of a problem for us.

The room was clean with new facilities. Renewed water and rest of things every day as well as cleaning. Tasty breakfasts and kind staff. Hotel’s own parking is very handy (the only thing - it’s quite a narrow arch for entering the courtyard to get to the parking; thus - it can be an issue if you have pretty big car). Also, the view to Como lake from the restaurant is awesome!

The property is well decorated, comfortable and in an ideal location. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was always well stocked with water and coffee which was a nice touch. I had seen some previous reviews which mentioned about noise so I had messaged the hotel before hand and they reassured me and confirmed they had carried out renovations to prevent this. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely stay again. The breakfast terrace has lovely views and breakfast was fresh to order. They are accommodating for vegetarians and other dietary requirements.

Bed was very hard and the pillows too soft, but they kindly gave us a soft mattress topper and firmer pillows, very pleased. Right next to a church, the bells start at around 8am doing a little tune, so don't expect to sleep in!

Only critique is that you can hear some noise from the corridor and other rooms but it was not a problem for us.

Really welcoming staff, great recommendations and took time when we arrived to help suggest things to do in the area. Very clean room. Breakfast was included and was so lovely in the restaurant part of the hotel.great service, friendly staff and food and coffee were delicious. Location was great, close to the ferry and shops/restaurants. Room was comfortable and had a coffee machine and everything you would expect in the bathroom. We were really glad we chose to stay here and absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Bellagio.

Great location in the heart of Bellagio. Clean, quiet room with balcony. Nice breakfast with lake view. Good communication and spacious carpark. Entrance to the carpark can be tricky for longer cars but it’s manageable - especially with help from hotel staff.

Entrance is very tight for slightly larger cars

Poor sound isolation. You can hear everything that is happening nextdoor. We were lucky to have a drunk neighbor for the first night who was up until early morning and we heard all of his phone calls, the TV and mumbling. Rubber isolation for the doors could improve this somewhat.

Newly renovated, located in the old town of Bellagio with a huge private parking facility. The breakfast was amazing and the staff are very kind and helpful. Two little bottles of prosecco as a welcome drink was a nice touch after arriving.

- Not being informed of the ferry service interruption, we had to circumvent the island by car, consequently adding an extra two hours to our journey to reach the hotel.

Everything was just perfect, only a parking lot is hard to reach if you have a big car because the entrance is too narrow.

This hotel is new and chic. I didn‘t notice any damages or signs of use in the room or bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean. We had room with a balcony, very cute with the view to the old church. Prosecco as a welcome drink was a pleasant surprise and really nice touch. Location is right in the center of Bellagio in the pedestrian zone, but also reachable by the car. Service at the hotel and restaurant was perfect. Everyone was kind and helpful. Restaurant has a beautiful terrace with a lake view.

Everything was great.!

The customer service put forth from the staff was excellent. Particularly Kaylie Gilardoni, Lake Como had flooding issues which created problems for us getting to Bellagio and the hotel. Kaylie helped us with a late check-in, made my entire family of 5 feel right at home. Unfortunately it rained the entire next day which again created problems securing a boat to get back to Lake Como to catch our train. Kaylie once again jumped to help. She secured a driver for us who drove us to the train station to catch our train. She also packed each of us breakfast since we had to leave so early in the morning. We all were so grateful for her extra efforts and kindness. We travel quite a bit and will be telling everyone about your hotel and staff. Many Thanks, Marty Sylvester

space was a little tight in the bathroom.

the hotel is in a very good location, about 5 mins walk from the main area (ferry pier, restaurants). the receptionist is very forthcoming with recommendations on what to do in the area, also helping us with the public transport timetables (which changed to the winter timetable during our stay). she also provided us restaurant recommendations and helped us with reservations.
