Room temperature is not adjustable. Thermostat is outdated and doesn't allow you to change it. Furniture is very outdated and work including bedding.-bed cover was from 1970s at best. No room at all in room-had to lie suitecase in front of the door at night to be able to walk around the bed.

We had a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee etc supplied. I had to go down stairs to get a coffee & pay for it. Our room as superior but I was very dated, bathroom was mouldy on places

The aircon in our room did not work. Though I did go down to ask them to check it - which they sent someone up right away - it did not fix the problem. Mind you, it was 97F during the day, so the night temperatures were also unbearable, we did not sleep at all. The refrigerator also did not work or was definitely not at a safe temperature, but I was able to store something in the kitchen fridge instead. I did not like the way the staff insisted that their AC was working even though we experienced a horrible night. Breakfast was not impressive, the coffee tasted horrible and not great options otherwise.

Check in was easy and we could leave our bags (just in an open room though - anyone could have walked in). I was really excited about the location because we were coming in and out of Rome via train and it was 2 blocks away. The staff were nice and helpful.

They had a bar but which wasn't open in the evening, so there were no facilities to socialise in the evening in the hotel outside of the room. There were no room tea and coffee facilities. Rooms were somewhat cramped. No shower curtain on the bath. Shower wasn't working but was repaired in 24 hours. Breakfast buffet was quite basic, with no fresh fruit. The ham was a little gone off on one day.

The beds are small and are roll away beds so it kept rolling away from the wall if you wanted to sit up in bed and lean back. The breakfast in the morning was also very basic.

The location is convenient because it’s right next to the train station.

Worn out mattresses and ugly blankets. Curtains cannot be moved, that's why the room was dark all the time. No shelves or hangers in the bathroom. Cold breakfast area, breakfast very basic.

Good location next to Termini train station and public transport. Room furniture a bit old but that adds to the old-times charm of the hotel. It was all very clean. Bathroom just fine, clean and with all accessories.

We asked fora double bed and it was two matresses bound together. The bathroom didn't have a curtain or door so difficult to shower and overall not very nice or what I'd expect for 4 stars.

The rooms were very small despite being double bedrooms. One of the rooms did not have functioning air conditioning despite reporting it to reception several times and they did not fix it. Rome was very hot and having a hot room without functioning air con made it a bad experience for one of my guests.
