The kitchen utensils were lacking a few things, but we managed.

The apartment is spacious, especially to place our suitcases. We could cook for our meals in the kitchen. The location is convenient to reach with one bus ride from the city.

Overall smell was bad and gave a first bad impression. Feels like you're in a late Italian grandma house. You don't get an Appartment but a room. You don't get breakfast. The water kettle/boiler was dirty. The coffee machine needed a specific app that you couldn't download unless you're app store/play store is set to Italy. The closet hanger was too high for short people lol

The place was well located and was in a nice neighbourhood. The room as visibly clean. Katia was very nice despite the language barrier.

The property is easily accessible from road and has a parking slot. The check in was very simple and the host very friendly. The apartment has a small kitchen which is very well stocked with dishes and glasses. We found everything we needed. The room was also very well cleaned. The apartment is located only 20-25 minutes by foot from the city center.

Lovely clean, spacious room. Nice shower. Rooftop terrace and the hot tubs were amazing touch, brilliant that it’s no extra price too. Staff were absolutely lovely regarding the hot tub booking to, we were unintentionally delayed to our booking time but still very accommodating. Location was great, smaller residential area with lovely options for restaurants / gelato and a deli. Bus stop was a 2 min walk around the corner to get you straight into the centre of Florence on a 10-15 minute bus. Highly recommend

There was an issue with the A/C even before we arrived, so they bumped us up into an even better room straight away (a loft apartment). The manager was super helpful and responsive. The bed was a bit old and uncomfortable, so they provided a better one the same day. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need. The historic center is about 30 minutes away by foot, but there are 2 bus stops 50 meters away from the apartment that can take you there too. There are also some common areas in the complex with coffee machines, vending machines and a shared paid washing machine. Great free parking too. All in all, a really nice experience.

It's a little way out from Florence but this is clear from the listing and comments so we understood (and we got the benefit of the parking).

We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room and enjoyed the space. Lara was super helpful and arranged a jacuzzi session for us on our second night. There is excellent free parking available at the property, a big plus in Florence. The kitchen, coffee making facilities and fridge all very handy.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable.

The space wasn't utilised as well as it could have been. There was no sofa or armchair to relax in or watch television. Buses become scarce after 11 p.m. and it's quite a long walk back.

The flat was quite large with a small kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable and there was a small dining table. About 15 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio by bus. (And about 18 from the center of town)

Access to my room from the pedestrian gate was down steps which would be difficult to access with heavy bags but you can also drive in to the car park area. I had a friendly mosquito visit so some insect spray may be useful in the rooms.

The hotel is about 40 min walk from the city centre but bus is nearby and bakeries and restaurants are close. The room was spacious and had a loft area for the bedroom.

it is a 38 minute walk to the center of town. but, but bus 11 comes frequently and takes you into the center. the loft upstairs doesn't have a bathroom which is significant if you wake up in the middle of the night.

It was nice to escape the noise and crowd of Florence and stay in a quiet neighborhood. we enjoyed shopping and dining in this residential neighborhood. the neighborhood people were so nice. Nice fridge and hot plates. Take your converter if you need to charge items.

The furniture and bathroom are old and in desperate need for renovation. It’s overpriced given the location and the room condition, but all Florence is expensive.

The aircon was not that cold but it's ok. A bus ride away from Florence Central station.

Really nice and accommodating staff.They reply fast if you ask something. The loft was really big. We enjoyed our hydro massage time during our last night. You can leave your luggage if you arrived early. they have parking space for cars

Initially, there were no smoke detectors in the room. After a request, they added it.

We got all info per whatsapp and they responded very quickly and resolved an issue we had within two days
