Only complaint is having to book far in advance. The very thing I like about it, is also what is so frustrating. It is impossible to book when I have a sudden urge to spend a few days in my favorite city.

Location, discrete, small and does not appear like a hotel. Breakfast was a bit of a walk, but very pleasant.

What I dislike, is how much in advance I have to plan in order to book a room.

Third visit in 15 years. Would have visited more times, but could not make reservations due to unavailability. Ideal location, love that it does not feel like a hotel, has discreet signage, and a lift! The decor, in each room is unique and do not have that bland, forgettable sameness, that is what passes for accommodations in most cities. The bathrooms are EXCEPTIONAL !

Excellent location, just 1 minute walk from Duomo!! Flat was perfectly clean everyday and everything was great in general. Reception open all day and there was free nespresso for everyone all day long, which was really helpful.

The accommodation was very well situated with a view of the Duomo from our window which was lovely. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice for all tastes. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a centrally located accommodation, only minutes walking from the train station then I can thoroughly recommend it.

On arrival reception staff was very helpful and informative. She advised that we could leave the keys in the room on checkout. This was important for us as we were leaving early and reception wasn't open until 9.30am..however on leaving there was a change of.staff and I left just before 9 30am. The morning reception was initially happy to wish ne good morning until i said i was checking out and told them i had left the keys in the room to which she then became very grumpy and annoyed...which was disappointing customer service.

The showers could have a space to put shampoos, etc and there is no cupboard/shelf next to the vanity for makeup, etc. There was someone next door not being able to open the door one of the nights around midnight and kept ringing the door bell 😩😩 which woke us up.

The perfect location. We walked with our bags there easily from the train. It was also walking distance to all the attractions. The rooms are spacious and really cute. ❤️ Breakfast was the best even though you will have to walk about 5 mins walk to a restaurant on the terrace. This was really lovely with a nice outlook. Breakfast offering was amazing and so was the service. ❤️❤️

It was a little hard to unpack the luggage because there wasn't much floor space.

Great location, we could walk easily to all the sights and the train station. Clean, quiet, free coffee and tea in the kitchen.

We had the best most surprising view of the duomo from our room and the staff were really friendly in showing us our room and making sure we were comfortable - great directions from host, location was easy to find and convenient in the central of Florence, the beds were extremely comfy as well!!

The lift is stuck sometimes but it’s not the hotel’s fault. It is an old school lift so if anybody didn’t close the door properly, it will not work

Every thing was great. The only flaw was finding the hotel. Once you find it you will love the location. They should specify it's in front of a restaurant I forgot the name and they recommend you to go their to eat. Location Location and comfort is amazing.

Our room was situated opposite the Sophie Loren restaurant, which was on the road of the Hard Rock Cafe, one evening music from both was extremely loud and could be heard in the room with the windows closed. In their defence I feel this was probably a one off as we stayed in this hotel in July and noise was not an issue.

The location is excellent, extremely central, easy walk to any of the sights, shops or restaurants. Although the rooms are small, they are beautifully decorated, extremely comfy beds and very clean room and bathrooms. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent communication with the hotel. Lovely touches like common kitchenette to make complimentary tea/coffee.
