there wasn’t a toilet in the room, not a problem as sharing was not bad but it’s something to bear in mind.

we had a peivate terrace attached to our room & the room was big and spacious. The hotel is stunning.

I stayed here during a heat wave, the fan was not enough to keep me cool during the night.

The location is perfect, the place has an old but very elegant style (I love it), I think it matches with the whole Florence vibe.

Nothing - it was perfect!

The location is perfect for all the Florence attractions - 5-10 min walk to most places. The building itself is beautiful and it’s lovely inside. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 is very large and the other quite compact, but lovely. There are books to pick up and read :) I was warmly greeted and allowed to my room early which was much appreciated.

I can understand that putting AC on the wall wich is historical is not possible and it is okay, but it was very hot in the room, we didn’t even have small fridge to keep water bottles and get cold water, also there were not enough adapter plugs in the room, we couldn’t charge the phone and turn the fan off at the same time, so facilities are what didn’t like the most during our stay, little fridge is the must here, especially in the summer

Location is perfect, interior inside is astonishing, it is historical building and every single detail is vintage, we loved that vibe so much, would like to specially mention the huge window wich impressed us the most. Room was very clean, shared toilet was not a problem, it was always well cleaned.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Despite the room being a bit old, it was impressively clean. Their dedication to maintaining cleanliness made up for any outdated elements. I appreciate the excellent service and comfortable environment during my stay.

Overall this hotel was great. We apparently had the best room which did have air conditioning which was great. I would 100% come back. Staff were very accommodating and the location was as good as it gets.

Very friendly welcome from Vincenzo with the offer of tips to explore Florence. Very good location in centre of town. Beautiful old building and rooms. No issue with shared bathroom as it was very clean and large. Water and tea facilities provided. We were permitted to store luggage on the day of check out!

There was smoking in the facility though the bedroom we were in did not smell like smoke. Since the toilets are shared access, we did have to encounter the smoke. There were mosquitos in the area so we had to keep the windows shut at night, which made it a bit warmer than we would have liked for some of us but generally ok with the 3 fans in the room.

The location is superb and the price was great (the main reason we chose this place even though it didn't have AC). You can walk to all the main sites in a few minutes. The room was large and accommodated the 5 of us well. The host was very friendly and informative. He told us about some good and cheaper places to eat, as well as a few less common sites to visit.

Something that didn’t bother my partner but for me the AC was a bit too noisy, even with earplugs. This probably doesn’t bother everyone but for those more sensitive it could be an issue. The room was very warm so we had to use it anyway. It would be great to have a breakfast as option too.

We arrived late but the friendly hotel staff helped us check in and everything worked out excellent. The room has a very central location, huge room and the whole building is truly beautiful. The bed was very comfortable to sleep. The shared bathroom was clean and also practical to use but we also had a sink in the room which was helpful.

I really liked the place.It is very old style and atmosphere of the place is so "florance" style.The hotel's location was the best.Every place is so close,walking distance.Room was comfortable and people who are working there were so helpful and had smiling face all the time
