As I said the building is a bit old. You probably can not change that but you can try to improve the facilities a little bit.

I really liked the location. It's right in the center of the city. Also the owners were responsible to reply very fast on whatsapp and offer solutions to every issue we had. The place had everything in it. Granted it is a bit of an old building but so is the most of Pisa, so no problem there. The train station was 15 min walk, on the other side the leaning tower of Pisa was also 15 min approximately.

Air con didn't work. Unable to access keys on arrival due to fault with keybox, however this was resolved by the friendly and helpful cleaning staff. Lighting in room is very dim. No hooks in bathroom to hang wet towels and heating rails not in use, so towels didn't dry and were not changed during the 5 day stay.

Great location in the centre. Clean room and facilities. Good facilities in kitchen, including washing machine that could be used for a small fee. Luggage can be stored in the kitchen befire and after check-in.

The location was superb. Overlooking a buzzing piazza with bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Just off the river Arno about 10 minutes walk from 'the tower'. The shared kitchen area is very well equipped with everything you need and we were able to leave our bags there on our departure day until late afternoon.

Maybe replace the silicon around the kitchen sink, and check the bathroom tiles for mould.

The location was perfect. the room is ok for the price. There was some chatting noise during the evening, but it was a nice Italian atmosphere. It was acceptable you are in the heart the of the city.

Personally didn’t love the soft bed matress, there’s nothing wrong with it, we just prefer one that is firmer

Location was perfect, 10 min to the Tower, 10 min to the train station, easy to check in, nice room and common spaces, easy check in, very nice bathroom, restaurants nearby, clean sheets and towels

Cental location, very veryclose to bars & restaurants. Rooms were as described. Could be noisy, but not a problem even with kids. Good security. Flexible accommodation idea. Nice style. Excellent communication from the owners.

Our room had a funny bathroom lámp but that wasnt such a problem.

Traditional rooms with an artistic twist. The location is super central and looks out onto an old piazza. It can get noisy at the weekend.

There was a slight issue with the aircon on the first day but was fixed very promptly. The room also had an issue with the hot water but with how warm it was it was actually quite refreshing to have a cold shower.

The property was in a really good location about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and next to a piazza that had really cheap drinks to end the day off in. There was a really nice restaurant outside the bnb that was also really reasonably priced. Lovely walk into the main city area to see the tower. Room was clean and exactly what we needed for the 3 nights we stopped there as we used it more of a base to travel to Florence and Cinque Terre. We didn’t use the kitchen area but it was available to use if we needed to which was also very clean and had all the amenities you would need.

Location a little noisy at night and the inclusion of a balcony in description is a little to far stretched as not very pretty and quite difficult to access.

The pictures corresponding to the different rooms are misleading. some have images of different apartments with different bed arrangement. I tried to contact a number of times to clarify and received no answer until just a couple of days before when it was too late and had to book extra hotel rooms for my group. Then when we arrived rooms that had been described as single person occupancy actually had 3 separate single beds, and other rooms where I thought we could fit more only had a double bed.

The property is clean and quirky with some nice features. The location is perfect for visiting all the sites.

no mosquito net, bathroom door dragged across floor- felt like we were just disturbing people downstairs. Air con also didn’t work, was told this was due to be sorted before summer however this meant we were eaten alive by mosquitos.

the location was great, cool atmosphere and busy square didn’t keep us up at night
