Expensive. Should have at least water and tea etc, in the room. Minor safety issues. Should be a handrail on the stairs between 3rd. and 4th floors from breakfast room on up.. Also, bizarrely, a gap in the internal stairwell that a child could easily fall through.

an inconvenient elderly employee watching me during breakfast. And also the blue-eyed receptionist, who seemed unfriendly to me, getting irritated because I asked for the Wi-Fi password (which should be available without the need to ask). The breakfast is compatible with the hotel price. Be careful not to stumble and fall when exiting the elevator.

The breakfast is pretty standard for what you would expect in Europe. There wasn’t a huge variety of things (be it bread, fruit, or ham). Nonetheless, I think there was something for everyone.

The location is perfect if you are looking to stay in the city center and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Bathroom is very well equipped. The room gets perfectly dark at night. We had air conditioning and breakfast was ok.

Very basic breakfast of most basic quality. Can get loud street noises at times. Even in the middle of the night in rooms at the back of the building.

I'd highly recommend bringing earplugs and a sleep mask if you're noise and light sensitive. Otherwise, the overall experience was amazing and worth it!

I was concerned that the place would smell a bit musty and set off my allergies, but the place seemed very well-kept! Irene was amazing! She answered all my questions promptly, and was even able to give us a room upgrade!

Room smelled a little musty- needed a deep clean or freshening somehow. My children were in a room on a different floor altogether.

Breakfast was nice. Small selection but decent. Location was amazing - we had a view of the duomo. Loved the loft room- was perfect for our needs.
