Actually nothing. If any small issues should be mentioned it's for one missing tissues in the bathroom and second the newly raised parking fee in a non secured court when parking outside is free and there is enough space.

We have been there for the third time and it was as good as we were expecting. The private beach is very nice and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is standard for a 4-star hotel: nothing to complain about nothing to specially mention. Very nice though is being served a good cappuccino for a start into the day. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner since there are many good restaurants within a short driving distance. However you need a car to get there. The spa is nice but don't expect too much since it is not very big.

The hotel was under renovation, hence not all the services were available. Unfortunately we did not know about it since it was not announced beforehand anywhere. For example the restaurant was only open for breakfast and there was some noisy renovation ongoing outside. However the rooms were nice and the spa was also adequite. The gym is nothing more than a treadmill and some light handweights.

Breakfast was very good with lot of options. Also the extremely nice and attentive staff went above and beyond in their efforts in making our vacation as nice as possible under the bit challenging ongoing renovation.

Nothing worth to mention.

The room (superior) is spacious with a dining area and a balcony. The beds are very comfortable (means for me a bit on the hard side). Bathroom is not too small with everything you need. The most oustanding plus is the friendliness of the staff. Especially the staff managing the breakfast buffet are great. Buffet is speedeliy refilled. Empty tables are cleared very fast. And all ordes are responded to in no time and served with a friendly smile. The location is perfect just across a small road from the beach; perfect for endless walks along the beach. Many good restaurants close are by.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn’t work. You could only use the sauna if you paid extra. I’ve never been to a hotel before that wanted extra money to use their sauna.

During breakfast visited our table unname man from street dining room/not only our table and wanted some money from us. It wasn ´t guest, it was man from street. Really weird.

things I came for were not functioning. like external pool heating was off. kids expectations were not fully met. also could’ve been good to keep 1 shower on the beach functioning. Hotel bicycles are slowly decaying. good to have them available, but it’s time for them to be renewed. I’d propose to organize some rack to keep SUPs. a low cost investment but big win for guests with SUPs.

The hotel was located in the middle of wreckage buildings, and had terrible view, If you just walk 30 min to the south you will find your self in the other world with beautiful beach’s and restaurants and nightlife. The quality value; according to the booking review the hotel was reviewed about 8,6, it should be between 6-7 and 3 stars hotel since spa, gym, indoor swimming pool were not functioning properly. The -1 floor where the gym and spa should be was a storage room and terribly dirty. They had zero sympathy. I asked to leave earlier due to the family circumstances, first they didn’t answer it for a while and then they asked to pay half the bill, while I paid 4 times more (460 € per night) for a room which worth maximum 100 €. Breakfast was minimum and if something is finished they did not refill it, I asked for simplest thing (black tea) and they didn’t have it. Dishes were dirty and you could see the stains on them. The restaurant was small an noisy. Don’t recommend it.

Building evening lighting is beaming too bright into windows. Now it’s an ongoing construction right next to it, so… Somewhat overcrowded room. I’d take 2 out of 4 chairs from the room and sun bed from the balcony out. Otherwise it’s not easy to not to bump into each other.

Great location out of local busy resort noises. Kids friendly, though kids better speak Italian if you except them to take part in animation activities. Good food. Friendly staff.
