Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandThis hotel is a perfect blend of everything a family could wish for on a wonderful vacation. Our cozy room had a small kitchenette, a very comfortable bed, and a lovely balcony with chaise longue. The swimming pool is thoughtfully divided into three areas: a safe zone for little ones, a section for adults, and a peaceful corner with soothing bubbles. The beach is just a across the street, with towels, umbrellas, and chaise longues all included in the price. The sand is soft and clean, and the sea is crystal-clear, shallow, with shells and small fish. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, with a selection of fresh fish and seafood. There’s also a spa, which we didn’t try as children are not allowed. The hotel offers fun animation activities for kids and has its own parking. A particularly sweet touch was when our child received a toy gift at the end of our stay — such a thoughtful gesture. The surroundings are peaceful, yet it’s only a pleasant 10-minute walk to the town center. A truly relaxing and family-friendly getaway

GermanyWe liked everything
It was a very nice and relaxing stay. We liked it so much that we prolonged it. We liked everything, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, big room, nice towels and bedsheets, the balcony. It was nice to have spa especially because it was raining. Nice location to visit Rimini by bike (we rented some from the hotel) and San-Marino by car. Very good breakfast. We were also eating at the restaurant, the staff are super friendly, regarding the food it was not bad but there are much better places to go around. So maybe some improvements could be done here.

United StatesThe neighborhood is a bit funky and rundown and you had to go a mile or so south to find grocery shopping and restaurants, if they were open, since it was the end of the summer season. If you're traveling by car, this wouldn't be a problem, but I had to walk. My room had a kitchenette that was functional, but they don't provide any dish soap, sponge or towel to do dishes. They have a sticker on the cabinet that says they charge 60 euro to have housekeeping do dishes. Hence, the comment about the kitchenette is "good to warm up baby food". I guess they do this because they want you to eat at their restaurant and beach cafe (if open). The towel warmer didn't work, but I think it's because Italy has a law that any gas heated appliances cannot be turned on until November 1. Also, the towel warmer was very dusty. The floor tiles in the bathroom are very textured and could use a good steam scrubbing. The microwave was placed on the small dining table, so it didn't leave much room to use the table to eat. If I wanted to use the microwave I had to lift it onto the kitchenette counter to plug it in, since there wasn't a plug close to the dining table. The bikes they have available need to be maintained better. I borrowed one to ride down to Rimini and the chain fell off.
The spa was the best part of this hotel, which is why I booked this hotel. I only ate at the restaurant the first night and the food was good and the service very good. I'm not sure the photos of the food on their website is what they really serve, but perhaps it is during the summertime. The bar cafe was not open because it was the end of the beach season. My room was very spacious and I really enjoyed the large balcony with a sea view. The front desk staff, particularly Roberto and Ameliana (I hope the spelling is correct) went above and beyond with care and assistance. I'd also like to mention Eliana, Chiara and Stefania in the spa for their amazing spa treatments (3 massages and manicure). Some of the best bodywork I've ever had. I also enjoyed the steam room and sauna. The buffet breakfast included was an amazing spread. With cappuccino and a juicing machine to create your own fresh veg/fruit juice, which I've never seen before at a breakfast buffet. The breakfast/restaurant staff were also very attentive and kind.

SwitzerlandNothing we did not like during our stay
Great facilities including a private beach with beach café. Staff was always friendly and helpful, gave ideas for day trips and dining options. The food and restaurant service was top, from breakfast over lunch to dinner.

SwitzerlandActually nothing. If any small issues should be mentioned it's for one missing tissues in the bathroom and second the newly raised parking fee in a non secured court when parking outside is free and there is enough space.
We have been there for the third time and it was as good as we were expecting. The private beach is very nice and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is standard for a 4-star hotel: nothing to complain about nothing to specially mention. Very nice though is being served a good cappuccino for a start into the day. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner since there are many good restaurants within a short driving distance. However you need a car to get there. The spa is nice but don't expect too much since it is not very big.

SwitzerlandSo in October this place is dead , almost overnight al restaurants get closed , beach is not longer get cleaned or looked after , the outdoor pool which is supposed to be heated is cold . The stuff doesn’t really help . So really you can not enjoy any services included in the hotel description. I understand this year the autumn came early, but then hotel could have been nicer to the guests and may be offer something to make the stay a little more pleasant . We were with our 6 yo daughter and it was horrible .. the pool is cold , the beach doesn’t get cleaned ( I literally had to take away the dogs poo myself so the few children could actually play in the sand ). Obviously forget about kinds club. Horrible really .
Breakfast was nice but it took time to work out the full extend of what was available - for instance that you can order fresh juice or can ask for cut fruit . No one really explained properly how it worked.

SwitzerlandAt 22.30 I finally went down to reception to find out what was going on. It seemed as if there was a festival inside of the hotel, which of course could not be the case as this is a comfort and relax hotel. However, I was mistaken. I was informed by reception that some guests had "a little too much to drink" and were now having a party in the SPA section. I am not a light sleeper, but it was impossible for anyone in the family to fall asleep with the partying that was going on. I asked the reception if they thought that they themselves should have resolved this situation before I had to get dressed and go downstairs. Thankfully they did resolve it but I find it beyond belief that they allowed this to continue until I came downstairs.
Hotel itself is ok. Pool is quite small and not heated and not that clean. Very close to a beautiful clean private beach. Room was ample in space.

CanadaThe bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn’t work. You could only use the sauna if you paid extra. I’ve never been to a hotel before that wanted extra money to use their sauna.

Switzerlandthings I came for were not functioning. like external pool heating was off. kids expectations were not fully met. also could’ve been good to keep 1 shower on the beach functioning. Hotel bicycles are slowly decaying. good to have them available, but it’s time for them to be renewed. I’d propose to organize some rack to keep SUPs. a low cost investment but big win for guests with SUPs.
new dining area is nice. breakfast is very good as usual.

SwitzerlandOur first impression was quite negative and mostly because of the surroundings , we were driving from Torre Pedrera and everything looked abandoned, broken, no cafes or shops. The hotel is located on the edge of Igea Marina , other direction, it’s about 10 min walk to centre. Overall it’s nice and peaceful, but for some life you need to take a walk. Partial sea view means -better no view, it’s overlooking old abandoned building, if you go to the balcony and look on your left you can spot the sea. Cleaning could be done better, especially windows. Room was pretty much updated. Nothing exciting for a 4 star hotel.
- friendly staff, great with kids, helpful and smiling - relaxing pool area, clean, in the shade, loungers, can order lunch and drinks - private beach with their own cafe, loungers was our main reason to choose this hotel and we loved it. It’s close , just need to cross the road and clean, no need to reserve a sunbed, one will be always reserved for your room. Playground on the beach is great and it even has toys kids can take and play in the sand. Also a lovely girl from hotel team comes to play with kids, offering fun animation . - amazing breakfast, large selection, barista made coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, pastries. All set in a lovely outdoor setting Parking
