The women who cleaned our rooms and helped at the desk was very kind and helpful even though we had little Italian and she,no English. We left a few things and they saved them so we could come back and get them. Highly recommend.

The staff was unexpectedly friendly. They helped us with knowing the city and answering to our problems. They always greeted us and offered coffee in the morning.

Was a little difficult finding the hotel as it is tucked away behind big doors on the main street, and is then located upstairs, which there was not much signage. However, once you know where to go, this is not an issue.

The hotel was well located, with shops, restaurants nearby and public transport links nearby. Our room was a very good size and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a small balcony! We also had air conditioning which worked beautifully, a safe and mini fridge all for no extra charge! Staff were super friendly and accommodating, we were able to leave our luggage whilst we explored on the days of check in and check out, which was so helpful.

The only downside of Bovio Suite is a direct consequence of its being situated in such a beautiful period building: the suite has been repurposed to accomodation and of course, that means trade-offs in facilities in order to preserve the character of the place. So, for example, the en-suite, while clean and comfortable, has a shower which presents challenges for those of us 180cm (c.6 foot) or taller. Likewise, I booked a twin room which, in practice, was a room with a double bed, to which a camp bed (again, a little short for me) had been added. Let me stress that absolutely none of this impacted negatively on my visit: it was more than worth it to stay in such a beautiful building, with such lovely staff and in an unbeatable location. But for the sake of making an informed decision, the accomodation is impeccable, but simple: a great place to rest your head, rather than somewhere to spend a lot of time in.

The suite is situated in an elegant 20th century building overlooking Piazza Bovio. Think high ceilings, large windows, and period fittings. Facilities were simple, but comfortable and more than adequate for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is second to none: 5-10mins walk from Piazza Plebiscito, 5mins from the heart of the Old City, and about 10mins from the Quartieri Spagnoli, right outside the main metro line: you couldn't ask for a better base to get to know this amazing city. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Noises from the square were too much though. The insulation in the room was poor and the room was both rather cold (in February) and noisy. A heater in the room corrected the temperature a bit.

Location was good or even excellent and it was situated on one of the top floors. A good view of a large shopping street.

The location is in the center of the city. The street is very noisy making it difficult to sleep. There is no breakfast service. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The air conditioner leaks inside the room making the floor slippery. The bed is uncomfortable. The room is very basic and overpriced.

If you woyld like to be treated to every nightime activity known to man - from squeaky floorboards/ headboards/ old ladies feigning death, multiple social media account alerts, low flying Ryanair saving fuel and sparrows farts then this is the place for you. Shower height suited people 5 8 and shorter! Fitted by grumpy the dwarf ? Crazy! Suggestion - drink a bottle of barolo before bedtime. GOOD LUCK !

If you are above 1.75m you will have to bend a little to fit in the shower. There is no breakfast, but Rosaria will serve you an amazing Neapolitan coffee at no cost every morning

Very clean room in a place right in the center of the city. Rosaria and the rest of the staff were extremely nice. There was the possibility to leave the luggage at the property after check out to enjoy the final day at Napoli

the property itself was very difficult to find. apple maps had the location across the street in the complete wrong place, it’s not very well sign posted so we had to call the reception for help on where to go as we were wondering around Naples after midnight with our luggage..
